Me, loons, cheesecloth, embroidered tunics, Afghan coat, loads of beads. My sister, Ben Sherman shirts, staypress skirt or trousers, crombie coat, doc martens. We are old!

TheGirlWhoLived · 04/01/2020 15:32

Baby g watches, poppers (Adidas tracksuit bottoms with poppers up the side!) pretty much anything from Tammy Girl, or Moto jeans from Topshop. Later I was very into Crusty jeans which were a mega wide flare

Burlea · 04/01/2020 15:43

26NaturalBornWoman I forgot the cheese cloth. Wasn't aloud a Afghan coat and my feet were too small for doc martins. My beads are still in my bedroom at mums house.
Happy days.

DrCoconut · 04/01/2020 17:06

Rugby tops underneath baggy dungarees. I wasn't allowed them on the grounds that they looked ridiculous. Later on black skirts (pretty much like school skirts) with black tights and white cable knit jumpers. I was allowed this as long as my skirt was not too short. Later on I joined the grebo tribe and we wore a mix of army surplus and hippy type stuff from markets or charity shops.

JonnyPocketRocket · 04/01/2020 17:11

Long skirts where the bottom half zipped off to make a mini skirt. Also short skirts with bootcut or flared jeans /black trousers underneath 😂😎
Body sprays from the body shop - dewberry was the go-to in my school.

Deecaff · 04/01/2020 17:14

For boys - slip on shoes
Harrington jackets
stayed pressed trousers
Wearing odd fluorescent socks
