What a year it has been! I've been catching up after a busy end to the working year. The Mary Berry programme was fab PR, and HM looked beautiful at King's Lynn. The puddings were great too, what an iconic set of pictures. We've been so lucky to have HM holding the ship steady through all these years, and crises.
Personally I hope Andrew stays away at Christmas, just to keep the press calmer. I can imagine George and Charlotte doing this year's church walk, but I hope they don't do the walkabout after. With William's history you'd expect George to be introduced slowly to these things - as was said on the last thread, running the gauntlet in the car must be intrusive enough. Whenever I catch a glimpse of press cameras pointed at the subjects in those photos, I shudder. What a strange life.
