You could try boys' jeans, I'm 5ft2 and have had some luck with age 13 jeans. Clothes made for boys and men seem to be better made than those made for girls and women.

Today I'm wearing a jumper DH bought for me - I love the jumper but really didn't like the colour on me so I dyed it. It's not quite the colour I was aiming for but I'm very pleased with it. This time last week it was pale blue

@PalacePaper the River Island ones are great quality as well. Have you tried places like Dorothy Perkins that have a Petite range?

Last day of work

My mother's giving me money for myself for Christmas- I'm thinking new boots for under jeans mid size heel I've had to dump two pairs of redz wedge this season just from being worn to death. Anything else I should be looking at? Marco tozzi I love too

@Happierwithouthim I don't know the brands you've said ( but I tend to stick to brands I know really well that fit me because I only buy online!) but jigsaw have a really good sale on shoes/boots at the moment and John Lewis too has so many brands on offer.

Still trying to be vaguely Christmasy ( and I equate velvet with Xmas)

Jeans: Biden skinny velvet probably 3 years old
Shoes: Boden this seasons sale very very bargainous

It’s Friday. I have no meetings. I’m making the most of the fact that I can wear pretty much what I like in the office.

Jumper: Oasis (it’s green and sparkly - this doesn’t really come across in the photo)
Leggings: Mint Velvet
Boots: Phase Eight

It’s payday today. I must not succumb to the temptation of online shopping (especially as tax bill + school fees + mortgage for January already adds up to over £10k )

Seeing the lovely slim figures here makes me determined for next year, I’ve lots of clothes size 8-10 need to get back into them.

Dolcis haven’t been around for years.
I was prompted to mention the brand after being reminded about JeanJeanie !

Once I bought my own school shoes ( so from age 15 when I had a Saturday job) I got all my school shoes from dolcis! I loved them so much. MY sister had a pair of platform shoes from there but I was more of a hippy.... freeman hardy willis too ( I was at secondary school 1969-1976)
