I think we're on thread no 24 - appropriate for the upcoming advent fun!

I recently bought the escentric molecules taster box, and they gave me 30 MLS of escentric 04 as a free gift. I think it's not that popular so they're giving a lot away. I like non-girlie fragrances, but this was a bit too masculine even for me.

I also looked at the perfume society box, but I think I'd rather have Tauer or MMM.

SOTD is the Eden Perfumes dupe that smells like Tobacco Vanille. I wish it smelled half as good on me as it did on the lady at school :-(

Which is best to buy at PP - oil or spray? I want by the fireside.

Needed to cheer myself up this weekend so tried to get the Tauer discovery box. Their website didn't want to cooperate, so I got the Margiela box instead. Feelunique had 20% off, so I don't feel too bad. Need to stop buying samples!

Haven't posted on here in a while but i saw a perfume blogger recommend Lush's Lord of Misrule on a post. I was shopping on Friday night and had a spray, didn't like it at all (it's a sort of peppery vanilla) but by god it lasted. I sprayed it at about 7ish Friday night, slept in it, had a shower the next morning and it was still going strong at about 10 o'clock the next morning.

So if anyone likes a good old vanilla, you'll definitely get you money's worth out of it!

Sotd is Ffern Summer. Business is starting very slowly to take off and we're getting repeats so things are a little more positive at the moment. I find Ffern summer sunny and optimistic. Also wore the lovely California Reverie yesterday for doing an Xmas fayre where I forgot to take some water and ended up with a banging headache by the end of the day.

That's funny, Flora, the much missed Pest used to lead the fantasy planning of a day trip to meet Andy. She was convinced he'd love us . Easyjet had some cheapie deals...we reckoned it was just about do-able in a long day. Bit of a tragedy that he's stopped posting again. Pest - if you're out there, sending you best wishes...

SOTD - Maison Margiela Mutiny. I had a squirt while I was out. It's pretty long lasting, but rather sweet for me.
