Following from thread 1 please feel free to tell us about your plus size outfits and post pictures to give us all a bit of inspiration.

Thanks to all who have contributed and made this such a safe space.

My photo shoot has been moved forward so I'm shooting this Saturday. Eek! I still get nervous because I care about it turning out right

@picklemepopcorn it's a photographer I've wanted to work with for ages so we are doing a real mix of everything from fashion to lingerie. Will be quite edgy as shooting in an abandoned warehouse

Loving this thread, everyone looks amazing and it’s making me have a proper look at my wardrobe - I’ve lots of nice things but I wear black river island Mollys and baggy tops normally.
Snag tights, it’s like a mantra ! I’m sorry if I missed it but why are they so good ? I get white stuff tights as I like the dark grey and navy as they look a bit nicer than black on me.

@Gardai - snag are so good for me as they fit & are comfortable! I can actually wear dresses now

Although someone posted chocolate colour recently & I want them if 80 denier - would put a hole in anything finer within the hour!

I must look at poppy - love that dress but pink looks awful on me!

I like the colours and the way they fit around the tummy and bum. Ordinary tights used to get to full stretch and twist somehow, around my thighs

It's comfort for me too @Gardai. I find the waistband on other tights can sometimes feel a bit tight or just sweaty and uncomfortable. Tbf though, I haven't tried that many others until I bought the Snag ones. Usually just M&S or supermarkets. So, maybe compared to somewhere a bit more upmarket, the difference might not be quite so noticable.

CLQ, that sounds very cool and exciting! What is it for, if you don't mind me asking? Is it something you do professionally or just for yourself? Obviously, you don't have to answer; I'm being very nosy!

@NancyEspana I generally look a scruff and photos of me are horrific but a bit of makeup and some decent lighting and I'm bizarrely photogenic apparently

How do Popsy dresses come up for sizing, and does the waist come up high?

It is still warm here - 23 degrees, which is mad as we had thick snow last November. I am still avoiding wearing tights, but have ordered a load of Snag tights. I found the holy grail of black 30 denier semi opaque tights in C & A last year, that stayed up, didn’t twist and strangle legs or do anything untoward. But this year they don’t seem to be stocking them.

My snag tights arrived today and they sent the wrong colour. Hoping they will swap and i get my return postage because i also want to swap the Fs for Es. Another one here who is clearly buying bigger than I need to because I'm used to thinking how fat I am

I'm en route to london & in comfies trying to get my necessary items into my new micro (for me) bag. I love it - bought from eBay & getting its first outing today in the big smoke.

However, does anyone else feel a bit conscious with small bags. I'm aware they make me look even bigger but I don't want to carry a big bag. On the plus side I've told dh that I can only fit my gloves, phone & sunglasses so will have to leave my purse at the hotel

@Luaa - chunky boots would be good with that skirt. Gotta love a bit of winter sparkle

@StormcloakNord - you look great in those jeans & trainers. I never feel that that combo suits me - I just look so strange in trainers with jeans

@SmokyandtheBandit, my other pair of the same brand of dungarees are the size down, so I can choose which pair depending on my mood / if my tummy has decided to bloat .

Leggings - M&S, 14, old
Boots - Office, 7, ancient!

Another lurker here. There's been loads of great inspiration so far. Loving today's outfits.

I managed to anti Kondo my wardrobe a couple of years ago and I'm regretting it. I've been buying a few things recently and I'm trying to find some middle ground between practical clothes and things I actually like.

Currently doing jobs around the house so wearing Next jogger jeans and a grey t shirt with a rose printed on the front. Practical but boring.
