What wrong with false eyelashes at a memorial event? If you go down that road, is make up inappropriate? fancy hats etc etc. So long as the eyelashes are not drag queen style I don’t see the issue.

Priti Patel (who I think is very pretty) needed to do a CoCo and lose one element of this look. Maybe the frogging over her bust.

She needed a shorter straighter skirt and a coat that wasn't a size too small. Lovely from the neck up though

Also Priti Patel's coat looked like it was made for an orangutan - the sleeves are so long!

That's a case where opaques were the wrong choice.

You can see that the lower part of Kate’s hairdo was wrapped around a foam ‘sausage’ which is how it gets the volume - no fake hair.

Meghan doesn’t have eyelash extensions - you can see from yesterday’s close up photos that they are fake lashes glued on.

Surely Meghan borrowed the £25k earrings. I've always assumed the £67k dress in the engagement shoot was loaned to her.

Priti is lovely and I agree with her politics. Unfortunately her coat was far too small around the hips and far too long in the sleeves. But she’s pretty busy helping to run the country right now so I can’t blame her for not having time to go shopping.

There's something very weird about how the Mail refers to Sophie as the Countess of Wessex but calls Meghan and Kate by their maiden names. And "Camilla", like she's Cher!

Re the false eyelashes it just seems a bit tacky to me but that's my personal opinion. It seems a bit like wearing them to a funeral.

Unfortunately, they will never be that because they are not blood (or born) princesses.

The best they might hope for is Princess William or Princess Henry. And I don't think anyone wants that these days!
