I'm really boring today. Day 3 of a cold/bad bad headache so I'm in black gym leggings and a grey cosy roll neck and my Ash trainers from years ago! Threw my black Zara teddy coat over the top when i did the school run and looked better than I expected to lol.

I really need some new jeans. I think I'm getting a bit of skinnies all the time. I want something else but not being the slimmest at the moment I don't know what to go for!
Maybe I should give it another month until I'm hopefully back to my pre baby weight and search then. I saw a lady this morning on the school run in some gorgeous ones - she looked so effortlessly cool and I think that's what has got me thinking I need a change!

@littlepooch there are so many different styles of jeans to try nowadays but it if you're a bit like me jeans shopping can be a bit overwhelming. I find sizing so inconsistent that if I find a brand that fit well I tend to stick with them. I would honestly recommend trying some different styles of Levi's, always a good fit, great quality and last well. And they do the 'between' sizes as they size in terms of waist and leg inches rather than dress size.
Boyfriend jeans are a good start when wanting to break away from skinnies, Levi's boyfriend jeans with the tapered leg are amazing.

I’m in slightly more formal workwear today. Top & trousers from Hobbs, trainers from Jigsaw.

@littlepooch I agree with @Ellapaella about jeans. Find a brand that fits you well and try different styles. I love the not quite skinny look of slim straight or girlfriend ( but not everyone's slim straight look good on me). If (for example) you like the fit of your skinnies try other shapes from the same brand. I get jeans from eBay and it's a cheap way of trying a style before committing to, say £90

Today I did some work in the morning then carved out some time to call & catch up with my 2 best friends. Wearing M&S loungewear today. I love that since I started Styles by Susie/ Stylebook/ this thread, even on the days I’m staying in I wear pretty earrings & make a bit of an effort

I wish this thread had been around when I was on maternity leave - I wore Tesco jeggings and the same 2 jumpers the entire year!

New Look dress again, faux leather jacket from Oasis and black jumper is from local boutique.

My leggings came. Slightly wishing I'd got small rather than medium (I'm probs somewhere between the two 🙄), but love them!
Working from home this morning so in my comfies-the leggings, old jumper over long sleeve white T and trainer-boot things from Sorel that I bought for winter DD's football watching but which are so comfy and warm I don't want to take them off. (Now I'm nearing 40-a month to go!-I'm allowing myself to make comfort *slightly more of a priority
