These sparkly boots are something elseGrin

I love the cut of this Jacquemus belted coat though wouldn't suit my frame!

Go on! Who is brave enough to have a try of this harnessShock Ooh it comes in black if the other one too colourful!

MarshaBradyo · 05/10/2019 18:30

Thanks Flowers

I’ve ordered some Rag & Bone high waist denim and a pink t, will link.

Frivolous is good to read, what’s your favourite cut of jean atm?

shopafrolic · 05/10/2019 21:07

I’m still in skinnies - feel I need something new. Will probably copy you Marsha so link away
And you know you have all my good vibes heading your way right now but I feel confident all will be well.
Not good here. Funeral will be Friday, everyone getting v stressed, lots of family shit to deal with. And two of my closest friends have been in a major car accident abroad. To say I am struggling is an understatement.

libertyonhertravels · 06/10/2019 07:40

Keep breathing shop my lovely friend. Life can be horribly, callously random, not giving us space between each crisis Sad. I know this isn't easy but you will get through it and brighter days will come. In the meantime we are always here Flowers

Dreamqueen · 06/10/2019 14:30

Sending Thanksfor Shop.

On holiday but wishing I was at home to support DIL and DS. She's been in hospital since Friday. Induction hasn't worked so c section is looking more likely. She really wanted a natural birth. They're both supporting each other and I'm super proud of how grown up they are.

Stokey · 06/10/2019 15:29

Oh Shop thinking of you. & Hope test was clear Marsha & DIL gets through ok Dream

I bought some black dungarees from Gap. They're so comfy - possibly a bit big but perfect after battling a virus all week. Wearing today with classic Breton & white Nikes. Hope everyone is having a relaxing Sunday.

Blingysolightly · 06/10/2019 21:45

Poor you Marsha, i have been there and its a horrible scary time. Keeping everything crossed for you. Thanks

Shop, in my experience, these tensions mostly went away once the funeral was over. It can feel like the worst thing in the world at the time and you can't see past it, but honestly, it's like a phase because everyone is so emotional. Thanks

Sorry you're both suffering and Stokey, you haven't been well. And fingers crossed for your dil Dream.

I have had a bit of a whirlwind few days - if you're friends with me on Facebook you will know why. By the way thank you to the Voguettes who helped me to choose the dress, sooo the right choiceThanks. Sorry i couldn't do it on here, but I didn't want chosen dress to out meGrin

On a very frivolous note, I know i have said it over the last few weeks but omg i love the no 7 nail polish! Quick drying and it stayed on for 2 weeks with a quick top up. Where has this polish been all my life?!!. I keep admiring my nails and looking at how fab they look.Blush I was in Boots yesterday and bought it in another colour - a very foxy red called Devils Delight.

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 07/10/2019 09:48

I am so pleased about all the Rains love Smile it really is a fab coat!

Shop one day at a time lovely, it's not long to go now and after the funeral you will feel like a weight has been lifted as the horrible waiting part is over.

Oh Dream your poor DIL, I'm sure they will have their lovely baby soon. Hope you're still having a nice holiday.

Blingy you are fabulous and you looked so glam (of course!) :)

Marsha Flowers fave jeans are probably still my straight (slightly tapered) leg raw hem ones from Topshop even though I've had them for a few years now. I loved wide leg ones when I was a teen so would be fun to try and make them work again, but it might be hard as I wear both flats and heels in winter.

Dreamqueen · 07/10/2019 13:19

Baby dream finally arrived via c section last night 8lb and beautiful. DIL is exhausted.

libertyonhertravels · 07/10/2019 20:09

Congratulations Granny dream what fantastic news Smile.

Having pancakes in a favourite breakfast place. Wearing this dress with oversize orange scarf and Zara camel coat and tan Chelsea boots. Gold hoop earrings to finish the look.

Blingysolightly · 07/10/2019 21:24

Oh well done to your dil Dream, congratulations!

Lib, i love that dress, it's great.Smile
Blair, thank you! I didn't actually think about how the dress would photograph so I got lucky there!

Thinking of you Marsha and Shop.

Great dresses links Dry I loved them all

Dream congratulations to your ds and dil - such wonderful news

Shop sending massive hugs for tomorrow Flowers

Marsha keeping it all crossed for you Flowers

Lib what a great dress and very you

Blair I love that you started off a raincoat trend, and love the Jaeger coat you linked.

Blingy your posts gushing about your nail polish make me smile. I'm wearing some Dior stuff which is rubbish and chips like crazy I need to get myself some No. 7.

Absolutely zero fashion news from me. I'm going to try and stay away from skinnies this winter - wonder how long I'll last! I've been wearing a slim fit jeans with turn ups and boots. Inspired by Marsha's suede boot link I've dragged out my Sam Edelman Petty boots - remember them? And have been wearing them with turned up jeans. So yes Blingy you are spot on with your 4 year fashion cycle predictions! Wink

shopafrolic · 10/10/2019 19:04

Dream huge congratulations to your DIL and DS! Are you back from holiday yet? I bet you've been enjoying lots of newborn snuggles! (My sister is having her 2nd in December and I'm fully prepared to feel broody, ahhh!)

Love that teal Reiss dress Dry.

Raincoat is getting some wear today. Trying to influence people in real life as well, as I keep getting comments on it Grin
