Jeans M&S, top TopShop, cardigan M&S.

Dress Next - not sure whether to keep it. Work require jacket and tights but DD said the pattern is middle aged. I am 50 and was more concerned about it being too short.

This is me today. T-shirt is from a local creative, jeans Topshop, earrings are Astley Clark, Huggins are Kingsley Ryan, trainers reebok, bag Dune, watch Apple. Also wearing a gold necklace with crossed lightning bolts that I can't for the life of me remember where I got it.

Glasses are D&G

And belt ASOS forgetful this morning.

Wide legged jeans from zara
Long military green cardigan from primark
Black baggy t shirt
Hideous sparkly earrings that were my mums in the 80s, and she hated them because they were vulgar.

I would love to see some examples of wide leg trousers outfits, I do have one pair of wide leg jeans but haven't really been able to make them work for me, not really sure what to wear with them. It'd be great to have some inspiration, I like the sound of your outfit @IhaveALooBrush
Today I'm wearing Hush harems, TopShop sandals and a Richard Allen t shirt from H&M. Earrings are Hush.

Aw thank you @Ellapaella - I've put on a fair bit of weight and have felt self conscious about going out recently in case people think "hmm, Lobster's looking chunkier than she used to". Love your outfit, especially the sandals! I always have shoe envy - hate buying the things but admire others.

Workout leggings from Matalan, vest from H and m, thin baggy jumper from a charity shop, hiking boots and a waterproof coat from Millets. Ugly but practical, Going for a walk in the hills.

I know I'm being really daft but what are snag tights? Are they super thick tights that don't get ladders? Nice dress @YesQueen

Today I'm wearing a dress I bought in the summer from Matalan but it's cold and wet so wearing with boots and a cosy cardigan.

@Ellapaella they're sized differently so actually vary in width and length. I'm 5ft 10 and all tights are never long enough or constrict me around the crotch
I found snag and haven't looked back, I only wear their tights now

Love the t-shirt & harems @Ellapaella. I saw that T on the H&M website & thought it looked cute. What’s the sizing like? Is it boxy/loose?

I’m waiting to lose the baby belly so I can start tucking things in! I feel like I’ve not left the house in days so I have no interesting outfits to share. I’m waiting for a final delivery from &OS & then will hopefully have my Autumn capsule wardrobe sorted (based on Project 333 but not including coats/jewellery in my 33 items).

@happytobemrsg it's not boxy, lovely soft material that doesn't cling. I'm a size 10-12 and got the medium which is my usual H&M size.

Thank you @happytobemrsg ! That lace top is by far my most hard working wardrobe item (I have it black too) - it goes with pretty much everything.

Centre parcs at the moment so working with a very very capsule wardrobe 😂

Work day so: a cos straightline dress in spatter pink, dark and light blue with opaque back tights and black heeled ankle boots. Worn out with a pink M&S raincoat and my large black Mulberry bayswater bag.

Annoyingly it’s out of stock now @Ellapaella - I should have got it when I first saw it!

@Talisin I love versatile clothes like that! That’s why I’m trying the capsule wardrobe route - I have too many things I never wear.
