The dress looks wonderful, Sigh.

Workplace will still be too hot even though it’s cooled down a lot outside. Hopefully it’ll have drained away by next week.

Off to register DS2 this morning wearing my new Zara dress. It’s so comfy & very swishy. I’m wearing it casually today but I can see how it could be dressed up for a wedding. Looking forward to wearing it with black boots & leather jacket when it gets colder.

Oooh what a lovely outfit @happytobemrsg. How have you found that belt? I've just bought a similar one from ASOS but I'm really struggling to find a decent quality belt that stands up to daily use. Tbh I need to splurge and buy a really good leather one but I'm so picky (and broke! )

This is me today, wearing my only non pair of jeans. Love these trousers but they're getting bigger and bigger as I lose weight so not sure if I'll be able to get away with them for much longer

I love the belt - I have it in leopard print as well. But it’s in rotation with other belts & I don’t wear my dresses daily. I have a tan leather belt from Jigsaw which is gorgeous & fab quality & they have a leather belt similar to my New Look one:

Still warm here today so I'm wearing my new Sainsbury's dress with mint velvet trainers. I've got lots of outfits lined up for this dress thanks to stylebook - looking forward to getting lots of wear out of it

Felt lovely in my swishy dress today. It’s something I would have “saved for best” ordinarily & then never wear it, so just wearing it out casually today was stepping out of my comfort zone. I’m hoping I looked effortlessly chic rather than too done up 😂

Thank you @Ellapaella and @happytobemrsg Trainers with that style of dress was a bit outside my comfort zone but I always like that look on other people so I decided to go for it!

Been to watch the football today so went for comfort and practicality - and my newly-repaired huge Lola Rose ring

I felt fabulous today which is quite an achievement given that I’m only 11 days post partum! I had lots of compliments on my dress & jewellery & I felt confident. A good clothes day

Summer it’s taken me YEARS to feel confident enough to wear trainers with dresses even though I’ve always loved the look on others. I follow Styled By Susie & she says that if you feel a bit unsure about something because it’s out of your comfort zone wear it straight away & break the seal (so to speak). More often than not I’ve ended up loving whatever it was I was unsure about

Have only been out to deliver #1 to a party, rest of the day have been cooking/processing stuff from the garden and gardening.

Changed out of skirt for gardening. 😁
