Let's keep the gossip lighthearted and, as always, stick to critiquing the clothes rather than being overly critical about the women wearing them.

Was thinking about Charlene’s non appearance at the wedding.
She obviously does not get on with her in laws.
Perhaps that’s why she tried to do a runner before her wedding.
Poor old Albert may have the sex appeal of a bank manager; but he seems jovial enough.

Marie's dress from her wedding reception. Louis reminds me of someone, I'm trying to think who. A young Sam Rockwell?

My first thought was Tom Daly, not sure why!

I'm afraid I really dislike Marie's evening reception dress. I don't think that style flatters anyone.

@QueenOfTheAndals I have a rather intense and embarrassing crush on Mark Carney. He's so urbane and suave, not to mention competent and professional - the very opposite of many of the vile, boorish individuals currently dominating public life.

I don't any of Marie's outfits I'm afraid, they all look cheap even though they're not

QueenOfTheAndals I'm getting a young Hugh Grant vibe from Louis.
I think his new wife Marie is gorgeous & it's good to see someone who looks a healthy weight (though she's probably still tiny in the flesh) compared to looking like a walking skeleton.

I didn’t like any of Marie’s outfits either. The jumpsuit was ok, the ceremony dress seemed oddly dated, really average and like it didn’t fit her properly and the evening reception one I agree looks cheap and unflattering. It’s another moment of being baffled that someone rich, slim and beautiful with access to top designers etc just couldn’t come up with anything better.

I thought they were underwhelming too. The ceremony dress was like a Sassi Holford (who I love) but from 15 years ago.

If Stephanie was a British Royal, the men in grey suits (Royal coutriers) would have passed away peacefully with her shenanigans life.

Stephanie's certainly had a colourful life, though it's been marred by tragedy. She was only a teenager when her mother died and had to deal with rumours that she was at the wheel.

She was married to the father of her two eldest children (until he cheated on her with the dubiously titled "Miss Tits, Belgium" IIRC) and then to a circus performer who's the father of her youngest? Or is her father someone else entirely?

Really, the Monegasque marital shenanigans could fill books. Has anything official ever been said re Caroline and Ernst? They haven't been seen together in years so I assume the rumour about their separation is true.

Actually, Louis looks like his uncle! Who can remember a time when Albert didn't look like a suburban bank manager?

Are the Monegasque RF colourful or just plain trashy...

Camille Gottlieb's father is someone else entirely (another security guard) - the circus performer relationship was an interlude between the marriage with (security guard) Ducruet and the relationship with Gottlieb.

It's the Grimaldi curse, no Grimaldi will find lasting happiness in marriage.

Let's hope it bodes better for the younger generation!

Apparently there were TWO circus performers with who Stephanie was involved! She ran off with a married elephant trainer but later married an acrobat. It didn't last long.

I wonder if she'd have made the same choices if her mother had been alive?
