I've lost count of how many threads we've had! Previous thread.

Let's keep the gossip lighthearted and, as always, stick to critiquing the clothes rather than being overly critical about the women wearing them.

Oh my phone is not displaying the pages properly . Very annoying. Kerps happening. Also been on a dose of the good old sleeping tabs which clearly aren't doing their job! If this is all nonsense in the morning there is a reason..know I mean well and don't burn me alive...I am very poorly.
Yes the botox thing. As I've said before I'm pretty sure who does it for Kate and it isnt them. It has never been said or hinted. It was just a slight change in the free flow of speech with a doctor I know well when I mentioned Kate as the topic got deviated fast. Everything was slightly wrong but only if you know the doctor you might notice.

Channel 5 last night, secrets of Charles and diana wedding. Seemed to suggest that both parties were wanting to back out of the wedding, even the archbishop knew they didn’t want to get married. Angela rippon was contributing quite a lot of the information. She had a very strange meeting prior to the wedding for the BBC. She said the signs were there.

I think the 9-pronger is my least favourite tiara. I would actually turn it down!

I just watched that programme on catch up. It's so obvious from Diana's body language that she's very stressed and unsure of what she's got herself into. So sad.

It's a shame whoever was behind Order of Splendour gave it up. It was one of the best royal style blogs around.

Actually, here's a question for a lazy Sunday - what are your favourite royal style blogs?

Apart from the sadly departed Order of Splendour, I like Duchess Kate and Mad About Meghan. Charlotte who runs them can always be relied upon to provide a balanced view. Go Fug Yourself's Friday Royals Round-Ups are good too - a mixture of fashion, what royals have been up to, and interesting stories they've spotted about both current and past royals. Their coverage when Kate or Meghan pop out is also fairly detailed.

I like Royal Reviewer on you tube. A vlog rather than a blog. He touches on fashion but really it is current news. I like that he is balanced about royal story lines, but fun too.

Perhaps The Order Of Splendour was stoped because of illness or death ?

It's really odd Charlene isn't at that wedding. Al is stood next to Caroline in the pics. Considering she was with him at the ball the previous day it's v odd.

It wasn't stopped due to illness nor death. She's still running Her Majesty's Jewel Blog.

I think it was probably just waaaaay too much work.

Elizabeth Holmes who is the Instagram "So Many Thoughts" lady has launched a new Kate/Meghan blog cos she got so popular.

She's got a journo background so is always insightful. And she's Team Both so tries to be exceptionally fair.

Off-topic, but I was musing on this the other day when I revisited a blog I used to love and was dismayed to find it had stopped being updated. I ended up going googling and found the author alive, well, and having moved into a new area (and bought something off her from that new venture) but it would have been totally possible for this person to have just gone, and for nobody to have known why. It’s a strange feeling when someone whose thoughts and experiences you’ve enjoyed reading suddenly vanishes. Obviously it goes without saying that nobody is owed updates or explanations, it’s just an oddity of the internet that allows you to build this strange facsimile of knowing someone when actually, you don’t at all.

The "Nutty" blog that hit the news, because they printed her words as facts is unkind. I don`t recall those being around in the old days.

The anti-CPM blogs were something else too.
