Mikado1
I think his new romance came as a shock to his fiancée ( and mother of his baby)
As Notmyrealname855 says "... there was overlap."
I've no problem with people moving on but I dont like cheaters.
On another thread I read "If he cheated with you he'll probably cheat on you."

QueenOfTheAndals · 12/07/2019 18:20

@Paradyning I think King CG has been involved in some pretty seedy stuff - escorts and sex parties etc.

iknowimcoming, it's really just a place to be seen, bit like Chelsea and Henley Regatta. 🤨

Paradyning · 12/07/2019 19:46

Ooft!

AliasGrape · 12/07/2019 19:47

Thanks for new thread queen

Lovely pics of Beatrice what a beautiful colour that skirt is. Shame the boyfriend doesn’t sound the greatest but then I suppose we’ll never know the full story.
I don’t get good vibes though (totally scientific and evidence based approach that!)

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 12/07/2019 20:00

Ré: béa and edoardo. Statistically out of the Queen’s 8 grandchildren; one of them is going to divorce.
Who knows what could happen if she’s marries him. As James Goldsmith famously said of son in law Imran Khan; he could make an “excellent first husband”.
Being a blood princess does not unfortunately protect Bea from being cheated on; look at Anne and Margaret.
I hope Bea does get married soon and pops out some little ones.
We need more Royal smooshed potatoes.! Grin

I can see the news headlines already about the Wimbledon double -- will Meghan be in her 'Hollywood' sunglasses for attention as per the nasty thread?

mikado1 · 12/07/2019 20:48

Ah ok Beanaseireann and not my name I didn't realise there was overlap, so my vibe from him was correct! Something about his expression in photos..

QueenOfTheAndals · 12/07/2019 20:49

@Pieceofpurplesky It's going to be a sunny weekend, I'll be hiding behind my Hollywood sunglasses for sure!

Thanks for the new thread @QueenOfTheAndals! All day tomorrow I'll be in family things Angry so will miss the fun, but look forward to seeing the pictures later. The pictures of Beatrice are gorgeous.

Paradyning · 12/07/2019 21:29

Thanks Bani

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 12/07/2019 21:34

Not sure if this has been posted yet but Belgian Royals celebrating Queen Paola & King Albert diamond wedding

QueenOfTheAndals · 12/07/2019 21:49

Paola was gorgeous in her youth.

Beatrice Borromeo looks very similar to a young Paola

Wetdogloveshubert · 12/07/2019 21:51

Crikey, @curlywurlytwirly that's a great photo - but the hand positions! Shock Can you imagine the hand-wringing if any of our RF posed like that? The tabloids have enough of a field day when W&K hold each other like that in semi-private times Grin

QueenOfTheAndals · 12/07/2019 21:53

Yes, I was just thinking that @Paradyning. Both are Italian aristocrats so may well be related!

Hasn't Albert Belgium allegedly been a naughty boy in the past? Allegedly has a secret child whilst married to Paola?

Oh yes, it seems all the old kings were at it, with the possible exception of Harald of Norway.

Article on Kate's recent style departure. I think a darker hair colour suits her better than her current shade though.

I thought of you all when I saw this post by Eugenie on instagram. She's captioned it:

"Bea and I are laughing hysterically after contemplating what on earth was in our handbags that day going to church... We quite clearly are loving our full lime green and lilac suits!! The shoes, the headbands... yes to the 90s."

This picture just reminds me of Alicia Silverstone in Clueless (a Good Thing). Will we see K&M recreate this look?!

Oh god those suits are dire. Why did the British royals struggle to dress their teenage girls? The York sisters looked so matronly and 20 years on the same applies to poor Louise.

OP posts:
Laiste · 13/07/2019 06:47

I was thinking the same. Who picked those suits out and said - yes girls, here we go, lets dress you just like a pair of old ladies?! The shoes!!

GotToGoMyOwnWay · 13/07/2019 06:53

To be fair I’ve some pretty bad memories of my 80’s & 90’s outfits Grin

Inniu · 13/07/2019 07:23

I think trying to dress teenage girls in clothes for formal occasions is difficult if you are restricted with length, not wanting to accidentally show too much skin, not wanting to look 10 or 25.
I have 3 mid teen daughters and they had a few functions recently. Ones where they could wear sun dresses with a jacket were ok but the eldest had to go to a few things with a very strict dress code and we spent days looking for something appropriate that she didn’t think was middle aged.
