I don't understand the bosom part of that dress.

It kinda looks like a costume for a play? Hard to explain what I mean? Like a costume for a reinterpretation of The Seagull where there a really minimal white set and everyone stands around barefoot droning their lines staring out to the audience in post-modern style.

But EW dresses always look like that, to be fair.

I actually quite like the shoes. Better than nude pumps anyway.

Which reminds me, do any of you still wear your nude pumps? I have a pair I haven't worn since 2013 but they're perfect so I'm not sure to keep them or not. I don't know if people still wear them in real life anymore?

I quite like the detail on the bust, and I think the dress is quite nice. Definitely makes more sense as a summer dress than yesterday’s. I also like the shoes, it’s a much more current style. I’m always happy when she goes for something different, in terms of footwear.

I’m looking for nude shoes at the moment but it’s hard to know exactly what I want. I don’t want the typical Kate court. In my mind’s eye I see a strappy sandal with a block heel of some kind, or something akin to Kate’s shoes today. However I wouldn’t be going that kind of nude - I want a mushroomy browny tone.

Love today’s dress. The skirt is very flattering, colour lovely and bodice pleats make it interesting.

I think the colour is terrible. It clashes with her fake tan. She doesn't suit wishy washy blue.

Kate looks so much better today, the lighter colour is more appropriate, for the season and the event, and the flared skirt suits her slim shape, and not a gilt button in sight!
Shoes are good too, I like the block heels, and no espadrilles!

The Times are openly discussing the Epstein allegations and focusing quite a lot on PA. I don't doubt that he will be protected at all costs though

The Epstein story is utterly horrifying, the crimes that took place, the way most of the media looked the other way, and the tiniest slap on the wrist he previously received. So many powerful men involved. I hope Epstein spends the rest of his days behind bars and that all his 'associates' names come out in the wash.

And on a fashion note I much prefer Kate's look today!

For personal reasons I feel very strongly opposed to the idea that dark green is not “a summer colour”. For those of us who don’t suit pale colours very well summer dressing is super difficult. Everything is pastel, terribly frustrating.
