I was fully prepared to come onto this thread outraged that MN were promoting coats made out of protected species. I was imagining polar bear fur or auk lining or something. Glad I got it wrong!

Hard discussion but waterproof commuter in dark olive green. More fitted and stylish, but waterproof for when it rains when I'm dog walking!

I would choose the Waterproof Commuter in the Burnt Horizon Red, size 12-14, it's a lovely colour to jazz up my daily commute.

Gutted.

I thought I was going to be able to choose a coat made out of chervil or red squirrel.

What have you got in a size 18?

The waterproof parka in dark olive green in a size 16-18.
It looks comfortable, stylish and practical. I like the fastening at the neck as it's just that wee bit different other waterproofs.

My favourite is the waterproof commuter in grey (6-8). It's hard to find smart waterproof coats and this one is so stylish too! I really love it.

I'd choose the Waterproof Commuter in Dark Olive (12/14). I walk everywhere, need something smart enough for the city that will keep me dry enough to look polished when I get where I'm going?

A Waterproof Commuter in Burnt Horizon Red in 16-18 would be wonderful! These coats remind me a lot of a Berketex raincoat I inherited from my grandma; they have a very classic look but with a modern twist.

Waterproof commuter in navy - I'm starting a big grown up job imminently, and I live in Scotland. This coat would help me on both those counts.

I realise I meant the Burnt Horizon red not the rose pink. I hadn’t seen the colour names!

City Walker, Olive Green

Having read about this brand here in MN, I treated myself to this jacket to encourage me to walk more, prompted by a promotion offering nearly 50% off. It really lifts my heart, I find myself glad when rain is forecast so I can wear it. Equally suitable for walking and work, I luffs it.

Waterproof parka in olive green in 12-14. As a new dog owner I NEED it!

Waterproof commuter in burgundy size 12-14 looks very elegant and perfect for work or evening out.

Waterproof commuter for me please in a standard 12, love the deep burgundy colour as a change from greys and neutrals.

City walker in black 10-12 I think it will go with everything :)

The Waterproof Mac in Burnt Horizon Red: the colour is eye-catching and the back with the belt done up and the overhanging flap looks amazing!

The waterproof city walker please. Navy blue would be great as it will match with more outfits and can be dressed up or down easier.

I love this coat, it looks so practical and stylish at the same time. A fantastic all rounder.

The waterproof parka in olive green is perfect for walking the dog in cold wet weather as it has a super hood and is still great as a casual jacket in olive green with jeans and practically anything else because it goes with any colour. Love it 😍

I like the waterproof winter parker. www.protected-species.com/our-products/waterproof-winter-parka/ shame it doesn't come in other colours (and a reflective option would be good for night) but it looks really warm and would be brilliant for dog walking in winter. Hope it's back in stock soon!

Hard choice, I do love the look of the waterproof computer but I’d have to choose the waterproof winter parka because I always choose warmth over style 🙈

I love love love the storm grey colour. I'd choose the waterproof mac in a 16-18 in that colour. It would be great to wear when trudging through rainy Yorkshire streets with the dogs. I could also even wear it when travelling long distances on the train for work in my comfies to elevate me from a bad-clothes-day to a well-put-together day with very little effort!

I love all of them. If I had to choose, I'd go for the waterproof parka in storm dark grey.

I would love to win the Waterproof Winter Parka in Black because it would be lovely to feel stylish, dry AND cosy.
