SotD Fleur d'oranger baie rose. This has a slightly harsh note in the spring but smells much more floral in the heat. Plus cheap so can respeay with abandon.

SOTD yesterday was Scherzo.

I got my essay in by a whisker but I am not even sure if it was good enough to pass so now there is a long and stressful wait to find out :-( ... it was also DD's 6th birthday so I was also doing stuff with her obviously.

After saying I was exhausted, I fell asleep all day and woke up with a fever of 39! Weirdly all better today.

SOTD was Scherzo, which I'm very keen on again. I get a major oud note in wet and rainy weather, which I don't like so much, but it's lovely in any dry weather, hot or cold.

SOTD Chanel 19. I went for coffee (and obviously cake) with some of my ex students today, which was really nice. I love that they want to keep in touch after they graduate.

Glad you've received the package @MaudBaileysGreenTurban. I left it in my Mums hands as we set of for our holiday on Sunday. I hope it includes some perfumes you haven't tried before. The Houbigant perfume is beautiful and for some strange reason one I rarely wear.
I'm stuffed, I've just been out for the Korean specialty - fried chicken n beer! And last night we had some typical local dishes . Crispy fried squid and bits wrapped in a herbal leaf and dipped in a sauce plus a crispy shredded salad in a hot sauce atop crispy wonton skins.
I adore trying new food overseas.
Its also fascinating people watching as the Korean women are so very elegant and feminine.
