Yes looking for you just now have come across a pair in gold in Amazon and I think I’m getting a second pair as they’re old stock and once they’re gone they are gone!!
I also spotted them in a fuschia pink that would match my new jigsaw silk dress flowers perfectly...sadly not my size!

I really rate Gabor actually. Great quality shoes and reasonably priced.

I got new sunglasses. I quite like them cos they are quite big and cover up my face (which I don’t like so much)

@nink you’ve done it now! I’ve ordered from Dune too! I didn’t know they did them in gold actually and they will go with everything!
The ones on Amazon are described as “rose gold” but looking at the pic they look more pewter than gold tbh.
You would only have saved £1 on the Dune price and the Amazon retailer was charging £5 for delivery which is higher than Dunes cheapest delivery option.
As it is I ended up forking out for Saturday delivery to get them in time for my hols.
I know it’s a very wise purchase so won’t regret 👍 hope you’ll love them as much as I do

@Huffthepuff that top is so pretty and looks lovely on you. I think wear it with jeans! It's a pretty top and will look great paired with tapered leg or cut off jeans and a small heeled sandal. I'm trying to find a pair of sandals online that will work but can't - if I had that top I'd pair with these sandals, I often wear them with jeans in the summer for going out for lunch or drinks etc.

Well last fashion news from me for a little while but Gudrun trousers in B/W print arrived “just in time” for my hols so I’m all set now. And they sent me this cute printed cloth purse as a gift (nice to for iPhone and lipstick)
I know you’ve already seen the same trousers in blue print but you can never have too much of a good print

We STILL need to book our summer holiday and I'm getting a bit worried about leaving it so late. We've decided against Ireland now. Thinking of Northern Spain (around San Sebastian) or Portugal (Algarve). I miss the days of going into a travel agent who would sort it for you!

Soups yy we are lucky enough to still have a travel agent on the high street, agree it’s sometimes so much less stressful & sometimes they come up with some amazing deals, we went in a couple of years ago looking for a cheap week in Europe & ended up in the Maldives for a fortnight as it was such an amazing price.

San Sebastián and the Vasque region around is beautiful @soups and excellent gastronomy! I’m not so familiar with the area but can always ask relatives for tips if you decide to go there. As a bonus it’s warm in the summer but not scorching like Southern Spain.

Thanks for the Gudrun love again. She really is my fave designer and all her stuff is very ethically sourced.
I think they’ll be great for the beach with my black bikini or swimsuit too. Very light jersey cotton I think better value than the Amies (and not a lot more money)

@len hope the CG tips help your DGD curls. One final tip to stop tears: never comb through or disentangle/brush when dry. I remember being a little curly girl and my DM didn’t really know how to look after my curls and it used to make me a frizz ball and also hurt to have a comb through. Do it gently with plenty of conditioner on: finger disentangle or use a wide tooth comb and it’ll be really easy specially those knotty bits curlies get sometimes in the nose of the neck. As you continue with cowashing in between the hair condition will get better and more hydrated so tangles won’t be such a big issue come wash day.
