Oh no, no, no soy! It isn't the dress - I love the dress too..it is my pale/ grey complexion combined with the dress that would give it the Miss H air
. Anyway, white lacy dresses seem really "in" this season - they seem to be everywhere so you would be very on trend just don't wear it to any weddings unless its your own Also looking forward to seeing the broderie top - it is so pretty. Ouch on the painting £££...these things are so expensive, but yes, definitely need doing! But how exciting that you are preparing to sell and downsize. Always a bit
to be moving away from one part of your life that has had so many memories, though (I had a mini breakdown when my parents sold the family home i basically grew up in to move up north, and I wasn't even living there at the time!)
miffy - so glad you got the monaco trousers in the end! I thought there would probably be returns somewhere...
justi - oooh, which trainers did you get? Glad it is cooling down enough to think of jumpers too!
laska - yay to strong, clean teeth... Are you manning a polling station tomorrow, or are you campaigning outside?! I must say, i love the "traditions" of polling day - all the gloved hands pointing the way, and the tiny little pencils... i would quite like to volunteer for a count at some point too - though I can't say I'm at my most accurate in the wee small hours. my most exciting poll was when I was first in the queue in the morning (I used to be keen and go swimming before work (well - uni then), so I left the house at stupid o'clock) and I had to validate that the box was empty and seal it... Im an election geek as well as a eurovision one, i think.
