Queen then Charles and Camilla, then W & K followed by H & M.
On a slight side note, ever so slightly mean
, I remember watching a church service about a year or 2 ago - I think it might have been to celebrate a wedding milestone for HM and PE - It was certainly one of the last events he was at. Anyway, there was Andrew, looking a bit awkward as he hung about waiting for William and Kate then Harry to go ahead of him. And I remember thinking, even though it's been a while now, it must be weird for him because for a long time he was in that number 2 position.
Same thing will happen to Harry and Meghan in time. But I believe they've all learnt a valuable lesson from Andrew et al and that harry and meghan are fully aware of this issue and will, frankly, embrace it with enthusiasm. It's why I can't get worked up about the separate courts etc - it makes complete sense long term.
I feel for Charles actually. He's been waiting around for the same job for 50 years. But I really believe him and HM are close so I suspect his desire to be king has always been tempered by his love for her. There are lots of pictures of the two of them looking properly close and her looking mildly maternal.
