SOTD Byredo Bibliotheque. It’s my birthday, but I had to work. I got a big bottle of Diptyque Philosykos from my mum, and quite unexpectedly £100 from MIL, so have ordered 30ml of POAL from Les Senteurs.

Sotd is Acca Kappa Calycanthus. It’s a beautiful dewy green floral of Winter sweet, Jasmine & honeysuckle and was peanuts in the M&S perfume sale of a couple of years ago.

It did work a few years ago. But I've tried again and it's just not working. It's not very family friendly imho.

So, I've signed up to a free trial of noom. You have to weigh in everyday and log your food. I think its the only way to see where I'm going wrong like I dont know :)

I've also come to the conclusion that its a bad idea to cut out any food group completely.

The trick with chocolate is to buy the most expensive chocolate you can find. No gorging on dairy milk/boxes of roses/celebrations. Just one (or two) exquisite chocolate(s).

Hotel chocolat do a less sugar version that's lovely.
You can only eat 2/3 at a time which is just enough.

Maud, I have a real thing for these old Givenchy scents... Amarige, Amarige Mariage, Ysatis and Ysatis Iris, Organza (though I seem to prefer the current formulation), and Organza Indecence. They are just so good at these big floral/spicy scents! :)

Ah, that takes me back!

My aunt gave me both amarige and ysatis in the 80s :)
