67chevvyimpala · 22/02/2019 18:31

Anyone interested in 4160 Tuesdays blue (full except a few sprays) and yoga eye pad? (Boxed)

Dh HATES the smell (I quite like it and the eye pad is in lovely liberty fabric..)

£15 inc postage?

67chevvyimpala · 22/02/2019 18:33

I'm trying to stay off Ebay mrsm :)

I've spent my perfume allowance for this month already!

as if it matters

Half price scent of the week is sexiest scent if anyone is interested...

MrsMoggs · 22/02/2019 19:25

Hurrah Chevvy! You must've said the magic word to MNHQ. Smile

Right - pm me and I'll post tomorrow. Shall I include some WQ?

ToftheB · 22/02/2019 19:35

Oh, @chevvy, I promised myself I was going to try sexiest scent next time it was half price... I’ve wanted to for ages, but I’ve had a very expensive month. Perhaps I’ll try to be satisfied with what I’ve already treated myself to for now.

SOTD Pleats Please by Issey Miyake. Meh. This was a blind tk maxx buy years ago, I found it when having a sort out. I fear it’s a pink minger, although it does have cracking staying power.

67chevvyimpala · 22/02/2019 19:44

Oooh yes please mrsm!!

It's very odd but all seems sorted now.

67chevvyimpala · 22/02/2019 20:12

Pink mingers always do, dont they?

Annoying!

No sotd yet...hmmm....what shall I choose?

67chevvyimpala · 22/02/2019 20:57

Sote AT incense extreme

auberginesrus · 22/02/2019 22:01

I have been in the H&M fig one again today, lovely for a spring like day. Really need to have a sniff of Diptyque Philoso-whatsit

MaudBaileysGreenTurban · 23/02/2019 08:27

SOTD Au Coeur de Desert. Off to see the Burne Jones exhibition at Tate Britain; it finishes tomorrow, late to the party as always Grin

67chevvyimpala · 23/02/2019 09:16

Enjoy!
I'm taking DC to the cinema later for their half term treat:)

ToftheB · 23/02/2019 11:06

SOTD J Lo Still. This has got a nice jasmine tea feel for me, very suitable for a springy day.

CountFosco · 23/02/2019 11:18

SotD Fleur d'oranger baie rose. Haven't worn this since last summer but it's so mild it feels appropriate again.

67chevvyimpala · 23/02/2019 11:27

No idea what I'll wear later...

Maybe my new Avon LBD weekend or the pp bergamot 22 dupe...

67chevvyimpala · 23/02/2019 11:51

Pp le labo dupe it is.

Very pleasant.

teta · 23/02/2019 11:55

I’m wearing James Heeley Verveine from a very expensive big bottle and it appears to have been reformulated. What a disappointment. It’s weak, fuzzy although the top and base notes are fine. It’s just the middle that’s fuzzy. The samples of Sel marine smell like old salty leather ( never used to smell like this) and the Cocobello smells of acrid greeness ( used to be salty figgy gorgeousness). What’s up? Anosmic to another aroma chemical they’ve added recently? Or just crap reformulation.

MrsMoggs · 23/02/2019 12:44

That's disappointing Teta. Fingers crossed it improves with age?

Have posted now Chevvy. Look out for something on Tuesday.

SotD is Le Jardin de M. McGegror, pleasant for a lovely spring morning.

auberginesrus · 23/02/2019 13:13

Sounds good Maud I'm going to see the Pierre Bonnard exhibition at Tate Modern on Tuesday, after what is promising to be a stressful meeting.

Am in town for new school shoes and a haircut for ds2, have completely forgotten to put in any perfume before leaving the house and nothing in my handbag either!

67chevvyimpala · 23/02/2019 13:31

Oooh thank you mrsm!

MrsMoggs · 23/02/2019 15:08

Now in vintage My Sin. I have to skip the opening as the top notes are gone, but 20 mins in and it's a gorgeous woody lilac which leads into a rich civetty-muskiness.

Chevvy - I had to use Impala as your family name, so you might get a funny look from the postman....Grin

67chevvyimpala · 23/02/2019 16:13

😂😂

67chevvyimpala · 23/02/2019 17:23

Sote Avon timeless

Dh away for a week so no doubt it'll be one domestic crisis after another!

Georgianfairy · 23/02/2019 17:32

lots glad you are home again and it was me who thought POAL and Chypre Sublime were v similar!

Have been largely absent this week as we've just taken on a café that needs a major refurb so it's been mostly eau de grime!

However, I had a lovely trip to John Lewis this morning and picked up the Replica sample set plus a sample of Nomade (and got sprays of Chanel Beige, Jo Malone Tuberose Angelica and the new Hermes one, Twilly I think?) Then my friend came round with my birthday present from The Perfume Society so sote is Aerin Hibiscus Palm which is gorgeous. It's a perfect 'holiday' smell and so slightly wasted on my evening at home but I love it!

KaliforniaDreamz · 23/02/2019 18:01

Hello All
SOTD Iris Noble omg i love this perfume (tiny sample bottle but lasts for ages)

how ru all?

auberginesrus · 23/02/2019 19:05

Blimey that's sounds exciting Georgianfairy (the cafe rather than the perfume - but obvs the perfume goes without saying Grin)

Am in What I did on my Holidays for a trip to IKEA
