lol justilou - I have the fine, static hair too! (I just don't take hats off, once on...unless in easy range of a hairbrush and mirror). Though not lots of it at all...definitely thinning with age too
I can never have it in a pony tail when it grows cos it ends up the thickness of my little finger and looks disastrous. To have gorgeous, thick, curly hair like soy is my dream - even though I know it is the bane of her life, and a nightmare to care for!! See, as usual, we are never happy with what we have!!
I also choked on my coffee at leopard being the preserve of people who never let death metal die
. Or Teresa May, presumably! (Two very distinct sub-groups, i'm sure..). But I'm so glad you have the whistles coat winging its way to you! I would use it as an excuse not to go camping. That is my absolute nightmare.. And DH and DS won't let me forget it...
Soy you absolutely must wear your coat. I remember you getting it, and you looked amazing in it. I understand the "glam" factor - but as never says, if you tone everything else down, it won't look too much at all. I see a few around and no-one looks at all out of place or like they are trying too hard!
never - love that skirt on you - I do like a pleated skirt - and that is a real bargain. I was a bit suspicious of how the pattern would look in real life especially as someone pointed out the similarity to the old WH Smith's logo
but it actually looks really nice and not in-yer-face at all. Grrr to Frugal Feb already (how do you cope, len - I'm feeling like I'm going through cold turkey!)
laska - what a pain about the friends discount. I'm not trying, to see if I still have mine, cos my finger might slip... But if you've got some free PJs, surely that has to make up for it?!
I had a bizarre "freebie" the other week too...I ordered a handbag from the fossil sale, and two boxes were delivered, both addressed to me. I took them both, as I thought they may have packed the strap separately or something
I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to buying handbags and one had the bag, and the other one had two sets of sort of jewellery tray things... They are rather nice, and about £30 each even in the sale. But the packing note for those was for some random address in France! I had a very confused discussion with customer services to ask what i should do with them, and we exchanged a few emails - and I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. Tempted to not follow up - though ideally I'd like them to get back to me and just tell me to keep them so my
can remain intact...I'm just feeling a bit sorry for the chap in France who must be wondering what on earth has happened.
