Oooh, yay- another order! Sounds good Laska! even if it is just to see Both the red and blue Santana's are quite fun. I have a couple of sequinned tees from MV and I actually really like them, though I thought they'd be a bit fussy. It adds a bit of interest. And the cactus design is cool.

I do like the tiger print (quite a lot actually). Is the skirt the same style as the checked one in A/W, with the tie knot on the side?

Ooh Not I’m thinking of adding some fairy lights, for a nice boho vibe you can waft around in the folksy dress to your hearts content.

Hello everyone. Was just reading back a bit to see what everyone has thought of the new collection. Not been anywhere btw. Just busy working and so tired I fell asleep tonight. My youngest dd also ended up with the horrible flu bug but is on the mend now, I hope!
Anway, @Soyo - you look fabulous in it all. I think the skirt looks beautiful, love the jacket. Think the star jumper looks lovely and love the red of the jumper. I actually think it looks rather nice but only you will know how you feel about the round neck and whether you are comfortable with it. Anway, as for the new collection, there are a few bits and pieces that are nice. I love the cactus tee. Its really pretty but it is pricey. I suppose it has a lot of embellishment so hopefully it is worth it. I really like the folk red print skirt. Not sure I would wear it but certainly would be lovely in the summer. I love the red cut out jumper chunky pointelle jumper. In fact there are a number of knits that I love and I just adore the wash of the skinny blue jeans. Really nice. There is an awful lot that is the same though. Apart from the red jumper, there is nothing that I would rush to have atm so happy not to buy atm. I think the shirts this season are lovely and would find it hard to choose between. Love the washed jersey shirt but there are so many tops I really like. Going to be good though for now at least!

I cant wait to see the cactus tee on you Laska I think it looks gorgeous. I cant get excited about SS either. Its so cold and miserable here atm. I just cannot picture myself in SS attire!!! Looking forward to seeing you in the santana skirt. I have the green one but it remained unworn last year so not buying anymore until I have worn that. It is a beautifully flattering skirt but I don't see the point in buying stuff atm if its going to languish in my wardrobe for months until the weather gets better so not ordering anything summery or that cant be worn atm.

How annoying about the Hush friends. I hope they bring that back. I will check to see if I have it. I may have been bad and ordered the h print pleated skirt last night. I really liked it [ its quirky and has a nice shape] and at £22.00 as laska says, would have been rude not to. Hush friends was there yesterday.

The muli-fleck jumper is gorgeous too. The knitwear prices are ridiculous atm.

I love the pointelle and will probably buy that at some point but not atm.

I have also added to my potential basket the Melanie top in black; I like how they have styled it with the marina, which I have in black and burgundy. I am determined to wear these skirts in S/S with flats and trainers.

In other matters, I bought two dresses in Zara today. The first one is going to be perfect for my upcoming safari holiday in South Africa (it seemed ages away for so long and now it is just around the corner in April!) and the other is just gorgeous. The XL is juuuuuuuust about a good fit on my boobs (thanks again, Zara, for being so boobist) but it is so pretty.

Re the star shorts, they are printed rather than embroidered. I wonder will that look weird after several washes?

I wore and woreand wore my Santana skirts last simmer , the green more than the paprika , and they were so lovely and cool .. washed and dried brilliantly and didn't need ironing (so a definite result!) ..

I didn't see the blue at first , and although like the red , I knew that the blue will just go with my summer things , much more. If its great, I may get the matching cami... (I wont wear the black as have a black and a black/white marina.

BTW on the blog 'Road Trip' photos of the new collection they are using the model they used to use all the time a few years ago , (I used to think of her as being 'the face of Hush') but she is not on the actual website a sa model ..I wonder why that is?

Can you post a link to the road trip thing? One of them had a baby. I remember seeing her on the Isabella Oliver website with bump.

Yes, its her. I found it @Laska. She had a baby. Maybe she didn't want to do it. She always made the clothes look gorgeous.

It is strange. No she doesn't look any different. I suppose if you have to rely on work as a model you need to watch your weight in pregnancy!
