Previous thread.

Usual rules - say what you like about the clothes, keep it civil re the wearers.

This is Kate's current list. One assumes that if she's done having babies that it will start to get longer.

BlingLoving · 10/01/2019 10:35

I notice that patronage list doesn't include the military thing she took over from Prince Philip. Or any other similar ones (although I don't think there are any).

Alwayscheerful · 10/01/2019 11:41

@QueenOfTheAndals I agree, I think Diana and Kate share the same "glow", Diana also looked very ordinary in the early days, however they both blossomed into beautiful/immaculate/smart/polished ladies. We should not underestimate the benefits of money, time, diet, exercise and staff!

CrookedMe · 10/01/2019 13:12

Meghan looking great today!

It's [http://madaboutmeghan.blogspot.com/ a basic black maternity dress]] but were we really expecting anything else? Meghan looks great and glowing. Fab shoes too.

She looks utterly amazing! And yay for maternity clothes. At last!

CrookedMe · 10/01/2019 14:32

I only like the dress and earrings!

I don't like the boxy wee bag.

The shoes look very summery, and seem to have a weird translucent plastic section on them?

And beige coat is a bit of a snooze.

Great dress though. And she is just beautiful.

DobbyTheHouseElk · 10/01/2019 14:54

Interesting earrings. 3 little dangles. Similar to the necklace she wore with 3 cicles. She obviously likes things in 3’s at the moment.

QueenOfTheAndals · 10/01/2019 15:02

Must mean she's having triplets! Grin

There are three in her family unit now - H, M and bump.

Spudlet · 10/01/2019 15:07

The dress looks great, she's so beautiful that simple things like that look great on her. I'd like the shoes better without the plastic bits, but that's mostly because I just dislike shoes like that, they make my feet feel all sweaty just looking at them!

Not sure about the coat, I know it's meant to be oversized, but the sleeves look very wide at the cuffs, and I'm not sure I'm a fan.

The bag is cute. The earrings probably cost a squillion as they're 18k gold, but they're cute too.

Overall a good look. Think her patronages are well-chosen too. I wonder where she'll go when she visits the Mayhew - will she go to a shelter or similar, thus necessitating Casual Megan? We haven't had any Casual Megan since New Zealand.

Alwayscheerful · 10/01/2019 15:13

Meghan usually looks very classy however I am Not a fan of the shoes or the bag the shoes remind me of Stripper heels.
I love the simple fitted dress and the contrasting colour of the classic colour coat, yes, she is very beautiful and she wears plain clothes beautifully.

ElspethFlashman · 10/01/2019 15:24

This is why I hate those plexiglass shoes. They always show the skin all blanched and creased. Hated them on Letizia, hate them on everybody.

But hey, they're a pair she's had for a few years so yay for shopping in your wardrobe.

Hate the floppy overpriced coat too.

BUT she herself looks beautiful and natural and the dress looks great. She's really a gorgeous woman.

She's clever though, I saw that she said "I've been coming here for close to a year now, so I'm glad to be able to talk about it publicly". O RLY? Close to a year? Yeah OK, lol. But hey, it'll get believed and its gonna be reported as gospel. She's clever, like I said.

She may well be telling the truth. I think she started visiting the Hubb Kitchen last January, soon after she moved to London.

The woman from the company says she's been there more than once before.

Spudlet · 10/01/2019 16:08

I'm surprised at those earrings, I expected them to be much, much more expensive. Not that £300 is loose change, but still. Some of her other jewellery costs many times that!

QueenOfTheAndals · 10/01/2019 16:16

They're from an ethical/fairtrade jeweller.

I just read that the Sussex’s are having a 50k green boiler installed at Frogmore Cottage that will hopefully supply their heating and hot water. I’m gobsmacked!
50k for a boiler what are they spending on the rest of the property.

ajandjjmum · 10/01/2019 16:25

Oh that we could all afford to be so green!

ElspethFlashman · 10/01/2019 16:29

Oh I'm sure she's been there before... You don't become a patron without checking out the place. But the cosy implication that she's been a regular since she was barely engaged? Smells like totally exaggerated bollocks but it amuses me more than anything else

It was just the perfect California PR speak that made me lol. This isn't her first rodeo!

But why not use the press to your advantage? She has had so much bad press she may as well be her own PR, since KP are failing spectacularly at it.
