So today I drank my water, retinioded and did my excercise app, yay!

However I also ate a pot noodle, which is very much NOT on the desired list of healthy foods.

NotPennysBoat · 03/01/2019 21:57

I'd like to get my teeth whitened and brows microbladed. Those are my planned rewards if I meet my weight loss goals for Q1 and Q2 of 2019!

Can anyone tell me how much microblading is and how often I'd need to get it redone?

Thisismyhappyface · 03/01/2019 22:06

I'm loving my botox, and have booked for fillers under my eyes next week when I go for botox top up.

Have also booked in for HD brows, hair cut and lash lift!

Love the idea of teeth whitening as a weight loss reward, I might pinch that :)

Have eaten well for last couple of days, and no alcohol so far...

ichifanny · 03/01/2019 23:05

Me had my 4th child 4 months ago , got 3 stone to lose , already started new skincare regime using beauty pie products and the ordinary buffet serum , got myself a new hairdresser and hair looks fab as got olaplex along with it . Going back to work in May so want to be feeling good by then .

LardLizard · 03/01/2019 23:17

Well done on the drinking water 👏👏

Mum2lots · 04/01/2019 13:22

Hello everyone xx
Well after a rough few months in life I'm here x
This is my year
Physical
Iv had the eyebrows and lashes done
Hair is freshly died
My skin care (nip fab and Elemis) is happening

Health daily
Take my medication
Take vitamins D K2 and magnesium
Drink at least 3 litres of water with apple cider vinaigrette salt and lemon
Keto approaches weight loss

Mental
Mindfulness
Wash and dress
Brush hair

This is the year I beat PMDD

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 05/01/2019 13:57

I am going to:

continue with the water drinking , aim for 2 litres a day. I drink a pint before I go to bed to combat the flushes

dye my brows regularly (I have some Revolution 3 Day dye which works pretty well , needs done at least weekly)

growing my hair from a Pixie , now its just nearing collar length but all one length. Plan to have it cut again in 4 months or so to keep it tidy.

I have some Aldi Micellar water for night time and various night creams , I don;t wear make-up but..

I have bought some Mineral foundation so I will give that a go to look a bit less dug up (I hope)

sorting through clothes and have a bag ready to recycle . On No Spend/Low Spend so I'm aiming to buy minimal toiletries and clothes .

SuzeD29 · 05/01/2019 15:01

@thisismyhappyface I love my brows! Makes me look so much more put together. It's amazing the difference it makes

LardLizard · 05/01/2019 20:50

Hair coloured today. One tick so far
Might spray tan tonight

Thisismyhappyface · 05/01/2019 20:56

Do they look natural Suze? I really do fancy it, but don't want slug brows!

LardLizard · 05/01/2019 21:04

Mum2lots
I like your list do you mind if I ask what is pmdd not heard of that before ?

BusterGonad · 07/01/2019 07:31

I'm planning to carry on eating healthier and to do the gym at least 3 times a week. I've just got back from a 3 week holiday and have lost 5lbs by simply not eating in between meals and walking more. I'm also going to read more books and try to keep on top of the housework (sahm). I just want to feel better about myself and enjoy my free time rather then feeling bored and useless!

Mum2lots · 07/01/2019 16:08

Lardlizard
PMDD is a is basically PMT on steroids xxx

LardLizard · 07/01/2019 18:21

Can I join? I’ve got into a rut of bad hair, full skin and unhealthy eating. My goals are:

  • lose that last half stone and keep it off
  • regular beauty treatments (facials, eyebrow dye)
  • buy and wear better clothes and stop reaching for the comfortable, baggy and old things!
HettyB · 08/01/2019 09:53

Oh, and do something with my hair. I need to book a consultation with a hairdresser...

Karcheer · 08/01/2019 20:07

I've had my hair cut and my highlights done today, looks so much healthier, hopefully will when i wash and style it too!

I'm going to work from my head down, so going to book a facial for next week.

How often do you all do/or should do at home hair treatments?

LardLizard · 09/01/2019 06:59

Course you can hetty b
Welcome Smile

Kar
What hair treatments are you planning
Surely the time depends on the products ?

I wouldn’t mind trying olaplex

OP posts:
Karcheer · 09/01/2019 09:25

I have olaplex on my hair when it’s being highlighted and I have (I think it’s) number 3 which is the at home one I also think if some Philip someone’s elastersizer.
Will google see what they say about them both....

Karcheer · 09/01/2019 09:28

So both are weekly treatments.

NotPennysBoat · 09/01/2019 10:16

Philip Kingsley Elastisizer is amazing.

Moominfan · 09/01/2019 16:08

Tried a cantu curl defining cream yesterday. Really happy with the results gave me defined curls and still lasted today

shinny · 11/01/2019 07:43

Hi
This is great motivation! Thanks for starting the thread.
I live overseas where its hot so have a few additional challenges - like skin!
This year I will upgrade my wardrobe and stop buying cheap as never lasts. Thinking of doing a style consultation at JL next time Im in UK
Also interested in Microblading.....maybe when Im in UK
Got to lose at least half a stone - heaviest Ive ever been at the moment other than when pg
Going to upgrade my skincare regiment starting with buying daily sunscreen later today! I have lots of products that I dont know what to do with.
Currently slightly hungover after first drinks in a week last night but am chugging water like mad....
