I’m doing hot yoga 3-4 times a week. I do the same .....go feeling knackered & menopausal with little sleep to coming out feeling calm, strong and soothed.....then my 3 teens come home and it all goes to pot.
Sotd is Grand Neroli.

I love it! I don't think I'll ever use wax melts again!

SOTD Tart's Knicker Drawer. So sweet and powdery and feminine. it always reminds me of a 1950s dressing table and silk stockings and face powder.

I don't remember an incense note in shazam but it was a while ago...
Looking at the notes its Frankincense.
It was very boozy and clovey on me which I didn't like I've decided clovey is a word, yes

SOTD floral street black lotus. This is very me.

I sat in a sauna this morning and went to yoga in the afternoon so I've sort of done hot yoga? It was mother and baby yoga though so the complete opposite of zen.

Love Tart’s Knicker Drawer, Battleaxe. It’s so retro and ultra-femme. Makes me feel glamorous even if I’m in my tatty PJs Grin.

SOTE is Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche. I’ve been craving citrus scents in the cold weather, which is a first for me.

Jealous of all you lovely yoga-ing people. I've done 10.5 hours in the office with no lunch and now I'm on a standing room only train home with a woman having a very loud phone convo next to me.

I don't know if I need yoga or a gun Grin

I wish I could do yoga but it just makes me cross as I'm ridiculously unbendy and can't do hardly any poses.

Sotd Carillon pour un ange. Started off quite harsh on me, very like D&G Light Blue, but thankfully mellowed to a nice floral. I think this is probably the wrong time of the year for it so will try it again in spring. If I'm still not keen then I'll send it your way if you like tata.

Nose samples have arrived today, have given one straight to DH but the others smell good on paper at least!

Does anyone know if you can order the diagnostic samples more than once? I love the presentation of them, and the spray bottles are better than the les senteurs dabbers.
