Glossybox advent calendar 2018

Anyone else with the Glossybox calendar and want to discuss what you’ve got each day ?

Day 1 - not a shade I would have chosen (I got the pink-red called Burning Love) but it actually looks really good on. I like the texture, gloss enough to be able to put a light layer on if you don’t want to go the whole hog.
All in all, v pleased with that for day 1.

Anyone else ?!

Definitely not my kind of colour (I got the shade Immoral) but felt nice to wear when I tested it earlier.

I also got the shade Burning love, it was also the first product in my John Lewis advent, so i have double.

I wont use two, so will give away. I am wearing it today, but i popped on top of a lipbalm and blended it in. Couldnt brave it going to work with full on red lip! Pleased with day 1Grin

Opened mine! I have Immoral. Haven't tried it yet as it looks brighter than my usuals, certainly for daytime, but I'm encouraged by people saying here that you can use a blended/light layer. I love getting a treat each day. Better than Christmas Day itself in some ways as that's quite a busy day and focused on DC - this really feels like a treat for me!

I’ve got the advent calendar. Not sure what colour I got as it’s upstairs but it’s a darkish pink. Looking forward to opening the boxes every day, as it’s the first time I’ve had a Glossybox calendar.

Yes! Checking in. I usually get the M&S calendar but missed it before it sold out this year. Love the look of the Glossybox. I haven’t looked too carefully at today’s offering, is it a blusher? I never wear blusher. I see someone has mentioned a lip useage though?

I got the immoral , it feels really nice to put on.
mashpot if you have the blusher it may be the wrong calendar. Have seen a few people on their site say they only have 24 days and glossybox have said that’s the wrong calendar and are replacing them.

Dd wants to open today’s so waiting for her to get up Grin

mashpot go on their face book page others who had got the wrong one were getting replacements.

It was a nars lipgloss yesterday. There should also be 25 boxes.

How strange, they didn’t do one last year I don’t think so how can they have got two types of boxes in circulation ?! (Mine has 25 boxes so hopefully I’ve got the right one !)

Happy with today’s offering - I always like new skincare to try out.

Apparently the 24 door calendar is the French version 🤷‍♀️.

mashpot don't know how to postphotos, but the 25 day one has a different layout - across the top the boxes are 8, 19, 3, 22, for example. The box on the left hand door that's your 24 box is our 25, with our 24 box in the middle. I thought the British one might just be the same with one extra item, but it looks as if each day's product will be totally different. Maybe you should Google what's in each before you decide whether to swap? Spoils the surprise though.

Should say I'm happy with today's. I have a Nip and Fab product for lines I've been using after I bought it on sale and I'm looking forward to trying the serum now.

I’m happy too. I’ve had a much smaller tube in a previous advent calendar (M&S), this is a good size.
