I love that red belted coat too Betty. I also wondered about the basis on which she chooses her repeats - some outfits get lots of rewears and others we only see once.

I suppose it's like the rest of us - there are always some outfits that become favourites and others that lurk at the back of the wardrobe. It's just that she has a much bigger wardrobe. Grin

Horsemad · 22/11/2018 19:26

Not wanting to divert the thread but what would a short waisted woman look good in that can be bought on the High St please?

Paradyning · 22/11/2018 19:36

Is that you Meghan?

TheCraicDealer · 22/11/2018 19:43

Proper lol'ed tjere Paradyning Grin

Horsemad · 22/11/2018 19:47

Grin Nope, although I wouldn't mind the riches (but not the fame, thanks!!)

IdaBWells · 22/11/2018 19:52

What a lovely photo of Euge there with her bloke (I've already forgotten his name! So sorry Mr. Eugenie) they seem to genuinely be crazy in love Flowers for the still newly weds. Megs and Hazza announced their pregnancy and Eug fell straight off the front page and down a lift shaft.

Clionba · 22/11/2018 19:54

@IdaBWells - too true! Poor Eug. Old Fergs kept trying to drum up interest, but it was lost to Megs and Hazza and Down Under!

RainbowsArePretty · 22/11/2018 20:06

The picture of Eugenie & her husband is beautiful. They look so happy

ElspethFlashman · 22/11/2018 20:14

Eugenie looks gorge in that picture. They are adorable.

SilentIsla · 22/11/2018 20:35

Princess Eugenie’s wedding was of far more interest than the tour to Oz etc - although, to be fair, the dangling label from MM’s umpteenth dress of the day was very entertaining indeed. Just not in the same way.

SilentIsla · 22/11/2018 20:37

Eugenie and Jack’s wedding photograph is beautiful.

RosinaAlmaviva · 22/11/2018 20:58

I tried to buy shoes and after 8 pairs of shoes returned I gave up and went to the store.

I was about to say that I almost never have any success buying shoes online either - unless of course they're a known quantity like Butterfly Twists Olivia which I love - and then I got to wondering whether there were any Olivias on offer for Black Friday - and there were - and I am now the proud owner of these leopard print flats.

Well done Meghan for being gracious enough to thank the press for turning up to publicise a cause that is clearly close to her heart. It's been said upthread that Camilla also deals very graciously with the media and I do respect her for that. Now she's safely in the royal fold she could be aloof but has chosen otherwise.

AFifthOfKoolAid · 22/11/2018 21:14

I saw Charles and Camilla tonight! But it was dark and Camilla was in black and Charles in dark, so not much style spotting for me. The pictures of the event show he's actually in a nifty blue pinstripe, thumbs up from me.

BettyBooJustDoinTheDoo · 22/11/2018 21:21

I thoroughly enjoyed watching Eugenie’s wedding, I adored her tiara, I’m glad it was televised despite all the who ha against it, I wonder if Beatrice marries her new millionaire boyfriend if she will go down the same route knowing the flack her sisters wedding caused or if she will keep it a completely private affair, unless of course Andrew steps in and insists on the full works?

AhoyDelBoy · 22/11/2018 21:40

It’s Jack isn’t it?
Megs and Hazza announced their pregnancy and Eug fell straight off the front page and down a lift shaft. Grin
That was probably going to happen regardless though wasn’t it? Or should we have been poring over wedding photos for months? Grin I do still like to look at pictures of the Cambridge’s wedding though 🤷🏼‍♀️ That was the wedding of the decade though imo Smile

AhoyDelBoy · 22/11/2018 21:42

I'd live to see Kate in trouser suits. But not those skinny ones but a high waisted flared pantsuit with heels, in a colour like teal or crimson.

Yes, yes and YES to this! Curly 🙌🏻

AhoyDelBoy · 22/11/2018 21:43

Whoops hadn’t refreshed as PP already mentioned Jack Smile

VanillaSugary · 22/11/2018 21:43

Eugenie was adorable during her wedding.

I mentioned the scrunchies because Carrie was scathing about them in SATC.

VanillaSugary · 22/11/2018 21:47

Style gurus, please give me some sartorial advice.

I am going to a Do and I have a cocktail dress which is sleeveless, v neck, fitted waist and slightly flared skirt which is roughly knee high.

What sort of shoes should I wear if a) I'm not good at heels and b) I have to stand for 4 hours.

👗 👠

AhoyDelBoy · 22/11/2018 21:48

I bought two velvet scrunchies just a few weeks ago Grin

AhoyDelBoy · 22/11/2018 21:50

Eeeek sounds like heels are required Vanilla. I can’t wear heels either, I’ve never worn them Confused although would love too but refuse to look ridiculous tottering along when I can’t walk in them.

QueenOfTheAndals · 22/11/2018 21:55

Maybe try heels that have a bit of platform in the sole? Or use those Party Feet gel cushions? I like my heels but couldn't stand around for 4 hours in them!

The photo of Eugenie and Jack was the first one to pop up in my Instagram feed this morning. Her smile is absolutely beautiful! I’ve actually gone in to look for a shoe recommendation for you Vanilla back in a tick Smile

AhoyDelBoy · 22/11/2018 22:09

frankie4.com.au/ Vanilla. I’m not sure if they’ll have anything suitable, your budget etc but could be worth a look. I had my eye on these for example

AhoyDelBoy · 22/11/2018 22:10

More of a day wear option. I’m never out at night Smile but I think I’ve gone off them now.
