They can and will make anything negative won't they, my boss would over the moon if I woke up at 5 ready and eager to start my day and discuss my job and what more I could be doing. As it they have a someone who won't communicate till it's after 9 and she's had a coffee! Wink

I actually dont believe these royal style rules exist! The press have just made them up based on what Kate and other 'Working royals' have worn over the years. Beatrice and Eugenie and Zara (who remembers tounge stud gate) have all broken the 'rules' over the years the Queen hasn't put any of them in the tower yet!

Pupsiecola · 18/11/2018 18:25

Re the IG video clip of Kate and Will post interview, if you actually go to the IG page you can hear what Kate says, and Will's sweet reply.

Minimammoth · 18/11/2018 18:43

Only just caught up. Thread is moving fast.

Felt that today's press was trying to say there was a growing rift between Kate and Meghan, which would obviously affect William and Harry. So hope that is not true.

Millie Macintosh is part of the Macintosh family who made/make Quality Street chocolate (urgh!!). She was supposed to be a big friend of Meghan, but wasn't apparently inviting to the wedding. Think she's actually re-married now.

itswinetime · 18/11/2018 18:59

She is Millie remarried her ex boyfriend from her Made in Chelsea days Hugo I think they are still married.

Filming of the next season of the Crown. Investiture at Carnarvon Castle

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 18/11/2018 19:11

Princess Beatrice has a new boyfriend. Property developer Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. Looking at his property portfolio he has good taste. Also a 2 year old son. The express is already talking marriage!

ajandjjmum · 18/11/2018 19:18

I do hope Beatrice finds happiness with someone.

MartaHallard · 18/11/2018 19:23

re the recent photos - never noticed before what nice legs Camilla has! That legs crossed pose, with a shorter skirt, really shows them off.

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 18/11/2018 19:24

The rebranding of Charles continues. Now he is a Septugarian 007!

IPromiseIWontBeNaughty · 18/11/2018 19:25

PC looks most handsome in those photos!

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 18/11/2018 19:27

Link to Meghan’s Roland Mouret dress from Thursday? (Poses by modèle)

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 18/11/2018 19:33

Some titbits about Prince Charles party

mathanxiety · 18/11/2018 19:33

Hilarious comment under that article on Beatrice and her new fella -
Tell me, Beatrice, what first attracted you to the millionaire Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi?

QueenOfTheAndals · 18/11/2018 19:35

Well she's hardly short of cash herself but they never fall for paupers, do they?

Seems a bit premature for the Express to be talking marriage but no reason she can't marry a divorcé, seeing that Harry did so.

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 18/11/2018 19:41

She would be the first stepmother of an actual child, rather than adult stepchildren.
Would be great for Beatrice to get married whilst her grandparents are still around

bofsy1 · 18/11/2018 19:42

PC is on a charm offensive now. I reckon he will be changing nappies next lol!

He is going to be King at some point so has to show his inner love for his family in public. Just so at the coronation he will be admired and liked for being a great father, son, grandfather and husband.

AT LAST!! But I think he probably is/was that already, just unable to show it. Not the first man with issues like this either.

Anyway, seems he and Camilla are happy enough, although I understand they live separately a lot of the time. Recipe for a good partnership if one could afford it!

I LOVED her dress for the 70th. I also love the fact that she goes for unstructured clothing. So refreshing to see this when everyone else is belting up and wearing Spanx!

RosinaAlmaviva · 18/11/2018 19:48

A friend kindly took me to the Dean Street Soho House once. It was well designed, liked the atmosphere but even if I had the ££££ for a membership I'm not sure I'd bother, unless it really looked like being helpful career-wise.

Soho Farmhouse doesn't appeal to me at all. But then, I was brought up in the English countryside so the faux-curated-rural-posh vibe doesn't do anything for me. I can see that it might if you're from e.g. LA, in the same way that I'd love to stay at the Chateau Marmont and do other touristy stuff.

I suspect that for Meghan, her continued membership might be a way of keeping a connection to her old life. Plus a source of donors to their various charitable causes?

itswinetime · 18/11/2018 19:51

As I love a royal wedding I hope Beatrice does marry while her grandparents are still around as I think once Charles is on the throne and she is niece of the monarch any wedding would be private which if that's what she wants I can understand but seeing as we won't get another till The next generation selfishly I'd like one more. Hopefully the press won't put lots of pressure on the new couple though.

Full force ahead on the PC PR train isn't it I think they need to be careful exercises like these can cause a backlash

VanillaSugary · 18/11/2018 19:54

Well, I looked at Eduoardo's Instagram account and he has a wonderful jawline, so it must be that.

VanillaSugary · 18/11/2018 19:56

I much prefer the Bamford Haybarn Spa at Daylesford, to be honest.

QueenOfTheAndals · 18/11/2018 19:56

The Japanese royals were out and about this weekend. It seems like lately we're seeing more of Masako than we had in years. I think they're due to become emperor and empress next year, so that's probably why. I guess that blind from CDAN wasn't true then,

For some reason I'm delighted Bea has met someone, hope he's a good bloke

QueenOfTheAndals · 18/11/2018 20:01

Yes, I felt a bit bad for her - younger sister got married and ex-boyfriend married someone to whom he got engaged within six months of meeting. Even if their split was mutual that must've stung a little.

Indeed, but the Express lives in a world of its own. They were still regularly featuring Diana on the front page at least 10 years after everyone else had stopped. When that finally palled they turned to frightening their readers with forecasts of inclement weather. What they really need is another royal wedding which takes place during a violent storm. It's wishful thinking.
