• The Cambridges are at the Tusk Conservation Awards on Thursday the 8th
• The Cambridges and Sussexes are at two Remembrance events this weekend the 10th/11th
• The Sussexes have the Royal Variety Performance on the 19th

Plus Prince Charles turns 70 on the 14th but we may not get photos of the event as he's having a private party.

I am quite au fait with the British royal family but I must say I hadn't appreciated the full extent of the wider European royals and I have no real clue who's who.. I need to do some background reading!

I do often wonder; if a senior royal had a serious illness I'm guessing it wouldn't be made public? Also, I wonder how often they have medical checks. I guess they have proactive ones, so bloods every quarter or sth for example, rather than everyone else (ie have a symptom, go to the doc).

I've listened to that Desert Island Discs piece with Princess Margaret. The main thing I remember was how exaggeratedly posh her accent seemed to me.

I googled Prince Philip and this article came up. DO NOT BE ALARMED. He has not died. But how strange it must be to know that your funeral is planned to the minutest detail. Also, I found it interesting that they say the BBC would likely report at 8am. I have a soft spot for PP, and I have to say that for the last couple of years everytime my BBC News alert goes off on my phone I automatically think it's with bad news about him. I guess one day it really will be pinging with that news.

Kate tonight in the JP we were raving about earlier in the week.

That is one of my favourite dresses of hers ticks all the Boxes for me but I would of liked to see her wear something new just so we can dissect it-

I will never forget the eye roll here in New York. It was brilliantly handled by her. The lady was so rude to her because they had put so much effort into the event and the RF didn't donate anything. Normally when those events are hosted the person visiting 'donates' $$$$, normally $3-10m. It actually normally only a pledge to donate those funds over a very long period of time.

The person who set it up isn't involved with the charity anymore.

The teal dress has a lace back IIRC, which is shown off better with an updo. But I like Kate's hair as it is tonight, it gives her a more relaxed vibe.

I doubt they tell anyone what is really going on health wise and I suppose they could argue that it is their private business. There are rumours that PP is quite seriously ill. I think they must get regular health screenings, I imagine some of them refuse them though?

Kate’s hair is much nicer that but shorter.

When the Queen turns 95; Prince Phillip, if still alive will be 100.
I also think the Queen will not survive him by very long, so within the next 2-3years, having a Charles Regency, if not Monarchy is the most likely scenario.

Will be so wierd having William as the Heir to the throne and a new Princess of Wales ( even though the last one died over 20 years ago, it just feels like Diana is always around)

So what happens to the Cambridge title?
Returns to the Crown or is kept by William to be passed onto George or Louis?

I'm not actually a massive fan of the teal JP. She looks amazing, obviously, but for some reason I'm just not in love with it.

There is some debate if Kate will take the princess of Wales title or not if she doesn't will she become the duchess of Cornwall? Or something completely new.

I imagine George is in line to be the duke of Cambridge not sure about Charlotte or Louis future titles. I imagine like Harry they get them when they marry?

Edward is in line to be the next Duke of Edinburgh isn't he? That will be very strange after so long.

Oh I'm sure she'll be the princess of Wales. By the time William is king, Diana will have been dead for over 30 years.

Charlotte and Louis will probably become Princess Royal and Duke of York once Anne and Andrew are gone.
