Done! Mid 90s EdT (not a very distinguished vintage, but good after the first hour).

Nah, being prepared to smell like wet concrete or dank sweetcorn is overrated Grin Grin.

Yeah, it is herbal, borderline medicinal, so perhaps best swerved.

Have you tried, and do you like, SL Femininite du Bois, Fendi Theorema, Ormonde Jayne Woman, or any of the woody Comme des Garcons?

Bit pricey, but worth snagging decants if you ever spot them. Theorema is an oriental wood; discontinued but turns up on ebay all the time. Femininte du Bois is a plummy wood, OJ Woman a green woody chypre.

I think you would like Feminite de Bois mrsr. And maybe Tam Dao?

I'm in Wrappings this morning. A fabulous punch of piney goodness. I think I may have slightly oversprayed though, so better hope my colleagues enjoy it too Grin

In No.5 yes. Often aldehydes give a big fresh uplifting whoosh, and this can smell quite harsh, especially as they've been relatively out of fashion, so we're not so used to smelling them.

None listed in Ghost Daydream, but Perfumista rules are absolutely no buying full bottles blind (unless well reviewed and a completely outrageous bargain you'd regret for eternity if you passed up). Get a sample/decant first? Smile

I want to try Wrappings. Have you smelt Yatagan, Fennel? Masculine but fabulous when you want a deep pine fix and it's currently in TK Maxx Smile.
