So going back to comfort buying . Seems like it s not just me then ! I may have been over traumatised clearing out my wardrobe! , Anyway glad I sent the stuff back. Luckily not a money thingfor me as not in debt at all. but just a feeling that I could have spent it more wisely. It's easy to get carried away in the clothes excitement when on a thread like this. I do have a couple of things from Joules coming which hopefully really will work for me but if I don't really love them they will go back. Also the v expensive JL chunky cashmere I do not regret one bit , but glad I swapped it for the smaller size. So looking forward to wearing it. But it's still warm her. Today wearing piquante Santana skirt to work with guava linen raw edge T with vest top under and gold salties. eeking out summer!!

I love the coat also Gin You must have posted when we were all being distracted else where.. I had DGS ( 5) all weekend. That's my excuse!

And If anyone bought a grey striped Brigitte jumper in Brand Alley ( none left boo hoo) or has one in S or M they want to sell please can you pm me? . I can stitch mine but would like to replace it if possible .

I spent £85 in TK Maxx yesterday on candles!!! I comforted myself in the fact one can be for Secret Santa at work. I know when the time comes I won’t beable to part with it. I love True Grace candles.

Gosh ,is it nearly Christmas ?We haven't had our summer holiday yet.We will be on the Costa Calida near Murcia too Soyo.First holiday with DS number 2 and his new French girlfriend.I will be on my best behaviour trying to look chic and failing as usual.

I agree Laska I wasn't going to spend until the Next Hush sale ,But have caved in already with self.

They are actually quite high, so on comfort factor I'm not sure how long it would be before I was wanting to take them off, but looks wise I think they are gorgeous.

I've put a half insole in and they feel more comfortable. They're quite slippy inside and also feel a bit on the big side despite being my usual size.

Trying to decide if I should keep them.....

It is super plain but I think it works better with opaque tights and a slightly more edgy boot like these.

Wish the weather would decide what it's doing so I can start wearing my Autumn stuff now..It's chilly in the morning and then hot again by the afternoon.

I love it all on you dave especially the coat, I cant see your photos of the the boots very well on my laptop but they look fab on the Boden website.

I have ordered this skirt today from M&S in the shorter length It is is much nicer IRL than the photo which I admit does make it look a bit boring... I saw in the shop today but not in my size .. its shorter than looks here (I think they are showing the model in the long length) I think it would look great with the £££ ochre cashmere chunky jumper I have from JL and black tights and the Clarks Orinoco Spice chunky ankle boots in black which I already have. (also with the Hush black boat neck cashmere jumper). Will post photo when it comes.

just its a good idea if you can stick to it!.. I am finally getting a bit better at it now, having bought so much in the past which really didn't work for me and ended up unworn in the wardrobe.
