Haven't watched the end yet never! I've had a really busy week, no time but the last couple episodes are on my player downloaded for the weekend.

Laska5772 · 27/09/2018 20:44

No spoilers please! we haven't started watching yet.( nor the last episode of Bodyguard either!, keeping that for this weekend)

ilovecherries · 27/09/2018 20:56

That’s the skirt, Laska, but I paid 5.99 in store. Odd. Soda, I love those boots - saw them irl yesterday in store as our tiny little Clarks bizarrely collects the village dry cleaning. I really liked them, but they didn’t have my size.

PorpoisefullyObtuse · 27/09/2018 21:07

I wore my Annabelle dress from the sale for the first time today. Heavy tight and my Daniel Boots. Fab outfit. Could do with a slip but felt great.

Think I’m done with ebaying for a while - they have started trying to charge me fees so no thanks for a while. Have an eBay box of stuff I will sell when it suits seasonally, etc. My overall haul net of costs is £230! Which bought the Daniel and Mustang boots.

I was in town today and really don’t need anything...

I’ve also started my Christmas shopping. My two primary school kids still believe in Santa so it needs a fair bit of planning to avoid costing a fortune. Got DD the Harry Potter audio books 4&5 from the book people for £28! She will be delighted.

So having persuaded myself I’m being very sensible I am still planning a wee order with the 10% off.

Heading over to look...

neveradullmoment99 · 27/09/2018 21:22

Its a good idea. We just usually blast Christmas!! Although it gets harder and more expensive every year. Its too late to do that now but certainly worth considering for the start of next year.

PorpoisefullyObtuse · 27/09/2018 21:25

Laska - I’m usually a 10 what size I. The super soft top?

neveradullmoment99 · 27/09/2018 21:27

@laska, I haven't ordered any shoes from there yet There are some gorgeous ones so thought i would share. I think they look very beautiful and i do love a retro shoe.
I have ebaying to do and really need to pull my finger out and get it done to justify my jacket and jumper. Planning to be listing tomorrow i think. I have just had so much on but after this week i am hoping for some respite.

neveradullmoment99 · 27/09/2018 21:30

No spoilers - promise. I just binge watch things.

Laska5772 · 27/09/2018 21:33

Porpoise Ive bought the S in the Supersoft top..I'd normally be a 12 (because of norkage) and have bought XS in previously (esp in the Ivy's) but have found the XS is just too tight in the arms this season! (I dont have huge arms but am not as toned as I could be there)

PorpoisefullyObtuse · 27/09/2018 21:36

Oops. Hush and red wine are a bad combo. I’ve ordered the sloppy joe dalman in red and black (will only keep one tops), the super soft (looks lush but grey doesn’t suit me but is sounds lovely), the black velour raglan, Morgan camo joggers, Cressida shirred dress and Imogen mini dress.

I can’t see me keeping more than 2 items...

PorpoisefullyObtuse · 27/09/2018 21:38

Thanks Laska - I went XS based on my wide V top and limited norkage!

Laska5772 · 27/09/2018 21:49

I Like the look of the Sloppy Joe dalman porpoise can you please post a photo when it comes ?

neveradullmoment99 · 27/09/2018 21:51

I love it in the green colour too @Laska [ The dolman]

Laska5772 · 27/09/2018 21:59

Yes its a lovely colour, that green Never.. Wine has just made me order the navy leopard star jumper.. It was the Wine I tell you.. its just to 'look' at .. Blush

Laska5772 · 27/09/2018 22:02

Its only been 2 (Q large) glasses , honest , but I had better go to bed now ...before I realise what I have done...

neveradullmoment99 · 27/09/2018 22:04
Grin
neveradullmoment99 · 27/09/2018 22:06

I don't really drink. I don't even have that excuse Laska!

PorpoisefullyObtuse · 27/09/2018 22:16

I’m on red wine too. I think hush must sponsor Nero Davola! Will post pics when I get the swag.

EachandEveryone · 27/09/2018 23:53

Ive jusr got in from the theatre. That Bonnie Langford still looks 13 its bizarre.

My mum wants my green jacket so i can see myself going to London tomorrow sweating buckets looking for it.

ilovecherries · 28/09/2018 08:09

I noticed in M&S yesterday, there was still a lot of white trousers. Was in you who was asking, each?

ilovecherries · 28/09/2018 10:30

Help me out here. For the second year in a row, barely an item in my autum wardrobe fits me. I had £500 in my pp account which I transferred to my bank account yesterday to spend in a real shop. I brought some of it back because I wanted advice on it, don’t really want to keep it all. What are keepers? I have my own thoughts, but tell me yours!

First up are velvet bottle green skinny jeans from M&S. cotton/modal/elastane; a mustard cashmere from JL and burgundy brogues from New look. I’m def keeping the cashmere, but is it too big?

Second are black skinnies from M&S, long cardigan from M&S, tee shirt from Whistles sale rail and black boots from M&S.

Third is a burgunday skirt from JL (very similar to hush marina) and jumper is obv Hush from the summer. It’s marginally shorter on me than the Marina though and I’m not sure about the black tights and brogues at that length? It looks nice with the mustard cashmere and a pale grey one I have from last year that’s a bit more slouchy but still wearable.

Give me 10 mins and I will be back with the next three pics!

ilovecherries · 28/09/2018 10:31

Actually, here are FIRST three pics. Doh.

ilovecherries · 28/09/2018 10:35

Ok, next three.

First is a green leopard jersey mini from new look, with the wide green hush top, tights and brogues.

Second is my wild card. I thought they looked a bit like Toast, but are actually from JLP. I’ve never worn anything like this before. Worn here with long boots and a blue top the sales assistant talked me into. It’s polyester, so won’t be fabulously warm, though I liked the notch neck and sleeves.

Finally a better look at the blue top. Worn loose with the black skinnies.

cherries!! I have that JL Mustard Chunky cashmere ! I bought it whilst you were on hols. ( We are blimmin twins!) . So yes I love it! I sized down on mine and got the 10..
Love it with the bottle green trousers ( I cant see those on the M&S website, can you please link to them?)

Grey cardi , nice but no cigar .. but its a cardi, id keep it anyway , a useful staple

Red skirt is really nice ( I have the burgundy Marina from a couple of years ago, if you kept the Hush boat neck cashmeres I think that it would probably look better with them (esp the rose if you have that one)
Green top and new look skirt is fab! just love it on you

Those 'Toast - type' trousers are too big and I'm not keen on them on you Tbh

The blue top colour really suits you
