Never if you can afford it, keep the jacket, it does look really good on you and is a classic.

neveradullmoment99 · 27/09/2018 19:12

Think I will keep it laska and give it its first outing tomorrow. I bought a a sweet little cord pinafore dress from Morrisons today. It is in black cord with a v-back and v-front. Its a little generous on the bust but ok. I really like it. I will see if I can post a link. Its a nice length and not too short and will look great with a long sleeved tee under it and a pendant.

Yes, I’m 5,7 and I was wearing very flat trainers today and they were just long enough. Had they shrunk a cm in the wash they’d have been too short. I actually had a good trawl through M&S this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. A lot of dross but also some nice pieces. I bought a little no grey cardi for £35 and long winter boots. I neatly cried when I put them on. I have never had full length boots as I couldn’t do the zip up. I could tuck my jeans into these - and no elastic, just leather. Also bought a bottle green leopard print jersey mini from new look for a fiver.

neveradullmoment99 · 27/09/2018 19:15

They don't show their clothes online so that's a shame. It is really nice and not too 'young'

ilovecherries · 27/09/2018 19:15

It was a LONG grey cardi. Bloody phone.

neveradullmoment99 · 27/09/2018 19:23

Sounds nice cherries Like the idea of the bottle green leopard print jersey skirt.

neveradullmoment99 · 27/09/2018 19:24

I was pleasantly surprised when I went into Marks a month or so ago. ~Some of the stuff was lovely but I wasn't really shopping for clothes.

GinandGingerBeer · 27/09/2018 19:47

@never I have the red leopard jumper 😊
I bought it as soon as it came out and I love it! Not worn it yet, too warm! but don't you have the A-line leather from last year?
It looks great with that and ankle boots.
Sorry to be a enabler....
As you know I have the jacket too, I bought a leopard print blouse today from Zara I'm going out tomorrow night, going to wear it with that and either black jeans or mint velvet faux leather trousers.
I reckon you and me could wear matching hush outits for a week at least!

GinandGingerBeer · 27/09/2018 19:50

Love the grey soft jersey top laska, you look amazing in those leggings. Great outfit 👏

neveradullmoment99 · 27/09/2018 19:57

I do have the leather A-line skirt. Sounds like a great outfit. Don't you also have the Kensington dress?? I think you are right. We could be style twins ha ha ha...

neveradullmoment99 · 27/09/2018 19:59

I have just read that we are to expect seriously cold and snowy weather from December!!!!!! I went into the santa shaker that says whether you are going to have a white xmas [its a bit of fun] and it usually says 20% chance in Scotland. Well after reading about the snow I did the shaker and its saying 95%!!! In all they years I have done the santa snow shaker it has never said that!!! Enjoy the sun because by the sound of it its going to be some winter!

neveradullmoment99 · 27/09/2018 20:00

...and I think it may be for the majority of the UK!

Laska5772 · 27/09/2018 20:01

I Like the blue leopard .. really like.. but i have just totted up my spends for our joint house account and my account for last month and , Nope.. I have to start being good.. (or at least a bit better).. I have to say though that vets bills are a big part of our expenditure right now . (poor diabetic Dpusscat) Sad

Laska5772 · 27/09/2018 20:03

And Did you all pick up on the Tiger sweat?

neveradullmoment99 · 27/09/2018 20:05

Me too @Laska. I need to start reigning it in. Esp with xmas around the corner. So that is the last of my spending for now. I think i will try hard and not buy anything now until the sale. I am not planning on going to my xmas night out as i usually hate them. The next event is my birthday in November so will likely get something from Hush and maybe some money from my mum and my brother.

neveradullmoment99 · 27/09/2018 20:05

Its lovely. A beautiful colour.

Laska5772 · 27/09/2018 20:06

Thanks Gin the Supersoft top is a definite 'could slide under the radar' Winner!!

neveradullmoment99 · 27/09/2018 20:06

Its also a pretty reasonable price for Hush these days.

neveradullmoment99 · 27/09/2018 20:08

@Ella. I watched killing Eve and loved it but didn't you find it got a bit silly at the end?

Laska5772 · 27/09/2018 20:30

Never I have been doing my own Christmas club for some years now. I put £50 away each month from both our joint account ( for food and drink for C and NYear and from my own for pressies.. it really works and is quite painless ! I also do '£1 a day' savings each month and that's usually spent on January sale stuff for me (or holiday clothes) Smile

Laska5772 · 27/09/2018 20:32

not sure how 'christmas club' got 'bolded' there...

Laska5772 · 27/09/2018 20:36

Ack! Stop that right now . Never... og heck , I just adore the Faye brogue in Green (and the Lola on both black and red.. )..

Oh! that Faye brogue
