LED light treatment

Yesterday i had a complimentary LED light session at the beauty salon.

OMG my skin - redness gone down, pores disappeared.

Am so tempted to do a course. So expensive though. Has anyone else used it? Is it worth it? How many do you need to do and how often for it to have a long term effect?

That is the one i have got too, hoping for good results, mainly for lines

What did the Vit C do to your face (sorry can't see the name of poster who said that messed it up!), I've been using The Ordinary vitamin C suspension and feel like it's brightened my skin a bit, I suppose it's quite individual though.

It gave loads of really bad acne. It was 4 weeks ago but im still suffering a bit.

Can I ask is everyone wiping down their mask with alcohol after use? I find if I don't mine is greasy and feels dirty

I wipe with a damp face cloth before and after use.

@itsBritneyBeach ah, I know the struggle. it could well be, don't lose hope yet!

@Fluffycloudland77 That's a shame, I'm terrified of the same happening myself so am sticking to the same products. I'm such a beauty junky though, it's hard!

@bumhead mine gets greasy too. I use my household cleaner and a micro fibre cloth to clean it. It's 50/50 water vinegar and a few drops of lavender essential oil. Your Alcohol sounds like a better bet to clean it though.

Careful guys, my project E one says wipe down with damp cloth only - no chemicals or it may damage it.

I've just tried mine again with the new box and wire and exactly the same thing has happened , red lights go decidedly orange after just a couple of minutes. I'm going to get in touch with the seller again and ask for an exchange on the mask as I think it must be a faulty one

My lights go orange.too.maybe it Is just the lights and mask still looks red.still not heard from my seller

Do anyone else's lights go orange?.I will look at my daughters when it arrives and see if hers does

Project E are sending me an entirely new mask because of the orange light issue so I'm guessing it's not normal.

I will get in touch with my seller again then, but noticed they look more orange when on high energy
My daughters comes this week, she has ordered it from ebay i will test it when it arrives

The company was said to be UK based, but now discovered it is coming from China, and wont be here until the 25th, she is fuming,, but she has read reviews and it seems there are lots of complaints,she should have read them before,i always do
However she is going to ring ebay, as basically it was a lie that it was coming from the UK, her money hasnt been taken yet so hopefully she can stop it

Princess Is it from Amazon? I would phone them and cancel the order and order from a different seller. I hate waiting for things and I've had this happened before where I clicked on buy for something that was meant to be Prime and then turned out it was coming from China...

Still has orange lights but actually looks red round the edges

Watching this thread as I have an eye on these masks. Princess your DD should be able to cancel through her purchase history if the company was miss leading, go to solve a problem, and select the cancel option.

Are your lights proper red or orangey ?

My daughters mask has arrived after all earlier than she was told ,
It is smaller than mine with 7 colours, and not as heavy,
The quality looks just as good,
The lights on it are orange too, but the mask still looks red round the edges and between the lights and from the outside,
So maybe that is how its meant to be
Hester how is your new mask,any improvement on the red[orange] lights?
I dont think the price of them,except maybe the very expensive ones is much different in quality,

New mask hasn't arrived yet, will update when it does

Mask arrived, have only used red light so far which has increased oil production, no harm tho.
Will try other lights tomorrow.
Overall effect is good.

I'm noticing a difference in skin texture and have received compliments last 2 days from strangers. One didn't believe I'm 16 years married, and another didn't believe my age (39).

I'm using red light 15 mins, blue 15 daily. Since only last Tuesday!
