So I do have a penchant for some ‘ethnic’ style jewellery and a billowy frock. And a bit of beading/embroidery/sequins/faux fur. I think I pull it off Grin but no matter what I wear this is what I look like. You could put me in a trouser suit and I’d still look like a art/drama teacher. What’s that all about? What’s your inescapable style?

Denim Mini Dress with bright cardigan, big earrings, short hair and big boots. I think I look like Florence from the Magic Roundabout after exiting TK Maxx minus the hair bow.

PandaG · 10/01/2018 15:34

Very overweight mum who likes a Boden/Fatface/Mantaray bargain.

crackerjacket · 10/01/2018 15:35

Carrie Underwood after 12 hours sleep and a month in India on a low carb, no sugar yoga retreat.

Or not.

Who am I kidding?

crackerjacket · 10/01/2018 15:35

More like Mrs. Patmore chewing the proverbial wasp really.

VanillaLatteAndCake · 10/01/2018 15:36

Russell Brand transitioning into Rachel from Friends......I blame growing up in the 90s?!

Mine is currently "permanently-frozen person living in the wrong climate"!

misskatamari · 10/01/2018 15:41

Ha I'm probably children's tv presenter half the time as I love lots of bright colours. Either that or "tired mum bag lady"

crackerjacket · 10/01/2018 15:41

Fell your pain, vitaminC.

Its minus 6 here and 'warmer'

Confused
ARichVernacular · 10/01/2018 15:46

90s indie/Lynda Day.

LineysRunt · 10/01/2018 15:47

I seem to be in The Lumberjack Years.

Sipperskipper · 10/01/2018 15:48

A bit like the queen out hunting. But fatter. (And no hunting).

katmarie · 10/01/2018 15:50

Mine is not so mature student. If im leaving the house it's vest tops, skinny jeans or leggings, hoody or cardigan, flat ankle boots. If im staying in i'm in my pj's! In my defence I'm 39 weeks so choices are somewhat limited lol.

areyoubeingserviced · 10/01/2018 15:52

Pound shop Gwen Stefani.

BoredOnMatLeave · 10/01/2018 16:01

6th form accounts teacher

vitaminC · 10/01/2018 16:20

Crackerjacket Ugh!
It could, however, be worse - my stepdaughter has just moved to northern Quebec for 6 months. It's currently -27℃ there Shock

MaudesMum · 10/01/2018 16:31

I realised not long ago that my default look could best be described as Slightly Dishevelled Lesbian. I'm aiming for Stylish Minimalist, and I'm not actually gay.

TealStar · 10/01/2018 16:35

Like GlitterUnicornsandallthatJazz, I would say I’m Berlin Depressive (love it! Grin I actually happen to love Berlin as a city too) but crossed with Copenhagen Typographer.

What that means in real life is All Saints meets Baukjen and Cos.

DontCallMeCharlotte · 10/01/2018 16:37

Sixth form teacher here as well I think. Probably French, possibly Sociology. Tunics, leggings, long cardi, boots and a wafty scarf. It's pretty much a uniform for me.

ShatnersBassoon · 10/01/2018 16:38

Secret agent. I'm intentionally unnoticeable.

Dontfuckingsaycheese · 10/01/2018 16:41

14 year old girl but less makeup and hair.

WeeMadArthur · 10/01/2018 16:44

Dog walker - fleeces, boots, muddy paw prints on coat, mud up the back of my jeans.

nineinchnails · 10/01/2018 16:44

My lesbian friends say I wear dyke clothes, I'm not gay.

UniversityAlreadyQuestionMark · 10/01/2018 16:45

Dog walker - except most of the day I'm not walking dog.

Eolian · 10/01/2018 16:45

Boring nondescript bit scruffy. I basically wear a range of skinny jeans, jumpers and boots. I wish I had an actual style

Yep, that's me too. Even if I decided on a style that was me, I'd change my mind every few months oŕ just default back to my random, comfy non-style.
