According to dh, my style is 6th form drama teacher. What’s yours?

So I do have a penchant for some ‘ethnic’ style jewellery and a billowy frock. And a bit of beading/embroidery/sequins/faux fur. I think I pull it off but no matter what I wear this is what I look like. You could put me in a trouser suit and I’d still look like a art/drama teacher. What’s that all about? What’s your inescapable style?

Jessica Jones Jeans plain grey or black tee, checked shirts, hoodies and leather jacket with Docs.

DH said only the other day that my style was ‘dignified’.

I love hope he meant elegant, not frumpy.

Also Jessica Jones. I am literally wearing a replica of her blue check shirt, jeans, biker boots and leather jacket today.

So, 90s grunge kid with a decent budget? Not going so far as band t shirts, but definitely no heels ever. Sometimes to be found in a Burberry wool trench or khaki parka instead of the jacket.

Jessica jones but fatter. And I’m also often found wearing a green parka.

Winter - 90s grunge grown up a bit and swapped combats for skinny jeans, still big boots and big wool jumpers
Summer - Floaty hippy so long skirts with vests quite slim.
