Are we all ready? Stand by your beds for tomorrow! I just keep looking at mine in wonderment. It really cheered me up every day last December having something to open every morning Smile

I couldn't see another day by day thread - happy to delete mine if someone else has one.

If they are hard they may be milia - have a google and see what you think?

Kochicoo · 14/12/2017 11:58

Am pleased with today's and really liked the perfume too. I put the liquid gold on last night, not expecting that much. Ended up being up half the night with dd being sick and yet my skin looks so bright and glowing today. I'm very impressed.

So far I'm loving this calendar. With the exception of the lipstick (and I really don't mind not liking only one thing), I'm pleased with everything so far.

I love this product but unfortunately mine has loads of hard plasticky bits in which don't melt. It isn't supposed to be like that so I'm wondering if it's from the same batch as last year's and is 'off'?

CointreauVersial · 14/12/2017 14:11

I already have this perfume and love it, so happy to have a bottle in reserve. It's probably my favourite in the range.

I also have a large tub of the Emma Hardie cleanser on the go, so today's won't go to waste either.

Theonlyoneiknow - I have used Liquid Gold before, and I tend to use it on its own without a moisturiser/serum on top. But not every day.

CointreauVersial · 14/12/2017 14:15

Can't believe we're almost at the end of the thread, and it's only the 14th! I started an equivalent thread back when the very first M&S Advent Calendar came out, and some days nobody posted but me. Hardly anyone had one.

I'd love to know how many Advent Calendars they sell now versus the first year they came out.

snowflakestar · 14/12/2017 14:21

I didn't notice a massive difference with the liquid gold, but I just was just pleased that my face still looked ok in the morning! I moisturised an hour after applying it though, because I was a bit scared, but I think next time I won't do that. Not sure whether to try it tonight or wait till tomorrow.

happypoobum · 14/12/2017 15:58

I bought a giant tub of the Emma Hardie after getting it in last years calendar. It smells like heaven.

This will be a useful size to take away for the weekend.

I will start a new thread in a bit and think of something utterly boring to call it Xmas Grin

Thank you Peonies, I have had a google and think it is milia. It's very odd that they have suddenly come up when I've changed what I'm putting on my neck, I hope they go away quickly.

For the present I'm going back to my usual skincare.

Here's the new thread the lovely Happypoobum started:

SunnyupNorth I have already promised the perfume to another MNter.

HotSteppa · 14/12/2017 21:43

I have used the liquid gold tonight was a bit nervous as had been warned it was quite tingly but felt nothing. Also was "dry to the touch almost immediately so haven't bothered with moisturiser. Yikes hope my face is intact in the AM!

crazymissdaisy · 15/12/2017 05:55

I haven't opened today's yet but I would like some more make up, or some bath oil. Fingers crossed!

bakeoffbakeon · 26/12/2017 10:28

for anyone who really loved the Rodial Dragon’s Blood - it’s half price in the M&S sale!
