Rose - that happened to me - the car thing - felt oddly disillusioned about humanity.

Herbs - amazing villa - well jel.

BTM - deffo pictures from Vietnam.

WAF - so glad first date went well for DD.

As we are in the lake district - it'll probs be waterproofs and wellies.

motherinferior · 29/07/2016 11:45

WAF, we are awash with blue shirts to get rid of. They've had couple of years' wear but are still in good nick.

All tights welcome here.

Fascinated by Robert Dyas bras.

Are they Teflon-coated? Or perhaps they kill mice?

Lalsy · 29/07/2016 14:31

CV Grin. I can't find them on the website. MrsS, please leave whatever meeting you are in and put us out of our misery!

Herbs, that villa looks wonderful.

WAF, last year, we topped out at a balmy 15 officially, but it definitely felt hotter when we caught that late afternoon sun as the waves rolled in in our favourite cove......

Happy hols all.

Cremolafoam · 29/07/2016 14:32

Can't find the bra, but found this horror

herbaceous · 29/07/2016 15:35

Sadly my only shopping opportunity is in Westfield Stratford, which has no Robert Dyas. I tried on the uniqlo one, and even the large was insufficient. I may resort to something grim from marks.

motherinferior · 29/07/2016 16:03

Herbs, how about this? I'm sure I've seen another nice cotton-based one but not sure where.

In vast queue in marks with some specially created lightweight bras! None in my size, natch,...

Lalsy · 29/07/2016 16:24

Crem Shock. That is terrifying. Robert Dyas website stats will be very skewed today.....Herbs, that's what I found. I am a 36 E or F or something and the Uniqlo ones were all four-boobs on me.

herbaceous · 29/07/2016 17:18

Total boob-sausage in uniqlo's. Marks had vast array of cool, lightweight bras. The only ones in my size however were the terribly sensible full-cup variety. Still, it should be a godsend.

DP was even moved to buy his FIRST EVER pair of sandals. Sound the bugles.

Cremolafoam · 29/07/2016 18:14

ShockShockShockShockShockMandles you mean Herbs ! Go senore Herbs! Dh just WILL NOT. Even in the Whitsunday's, even in Martinique, where people barely wear shoes at all fgs. Many StarStar for you. how did you do it?? Hmm

MrsSchadenfreude · 29/07/2016 18:51

Rose - call the police non emergency number re your car - they will be able to check CCTV.

Herbs - it was the Ahh Bra that Robert Dyas stocked. I looked nervously at it, grabbed my tea towels and ran.

I am cross and in a bad mood generally. Had chocolate today so definitely due on.

herbaceous · 29/07/2016 19:24

Crem - it was his own decision. Though I had planted many seeds, about how hot it would be, yadda yadda. And how he'd be grumpy.

This is the sensible number I bought from M&S in the end. They have a number in the 'light as air' range. Will report back on sweat levels.

bigTillyMint · 29/07/2016 19:31

Are his feet up to being on display though, Herbs? DH has Birkies, but...

Herbs, that bra looks just like mine - not particularly cool, but not really a problem when you are as flat as a pancake!

We have spoken to the tenants next door with the barky dog. He is 4 and isn't used to being left on his own all day. No shit Sherlock Hmm

bigTillyMint · 29/07/2016 19:32

Oh and I have been trying on my summer holiday clothes - 2 pairs of shorts have had to be binned as they are too tightBlush

bigTillyMint · 29/07/2016 20:36

In S&B news I had my eyelashes and eyebrows tinted today. Lashes are fab and eyebrows not too sluggish Grin

Cremolafoam · 29/07/2016 20:44

I haven't got up enough courage to do the same BTMConfused. May just, erm, leave out the things that look doubtful. Have no energy today, and have slept a lot. Hoping I feel a great deal better than this by Monday.Sad

Cremolafoam · 29/07/2016 20:46

Sparrows? Wha?Hmm

Blackduck · 29/07/2016 20:52

Sports bras that are quick drying.....

I am home and am girding loins for going through dmums stuff and booking venue. This has largely involved large glasses of wine.

I know I'm going to pay for this very soon....

bigTillyMint · 29/07/2016 20:56

Sending strength BD.

Cremo,, keep resting as much as you can over the weekend. And leave out the doubtful things!

MrsSchadenfreude · 29/07/2016 21:11

Just had the sad news that one of my old group of friends from Brussels has died. Breast cancer. Kids the same age as ours. She's the second to go from our group. Sad

Sending strength and virtual Wine BD.

Blackduck · 29/07/2016 21:26
