My advice to you: if you love a pair of boots and want them and can afford them, BUY THEM. Do NOT under any circumstances ask MN for it's opinion because 9 times out of 10 it will put you off and take the pleasure out of owning them. There is no law about what boots you can wear.

I was twirling in my new boots yesterday. I bought the ones BinaryFinary had bought. I do love them but am struggling to find the right pair of jeans to wear with them.

I wanted to like them, I love silver footwear and clumpy ankle boots, but these just don't work. The boots are too grannyish and look a bit orthopaedic.
