I will be spending another weekend on my own with the dc. I have a renewed respect for single parents.The 2 younger dc are playing up as they miss their dad I miss him too miserable on my own, even dm is away atm.

That's a good price, Justa, I would but am not in the UK anymore (another reason I cba with Me & Em). When is your DH back? Mine is away every week Mon-Thurs but weekends are worse, I'm used to it now, the DDs are busy with school and I eat what I want and catch up on my shows when he is gone! Not ideal though.

My jeans dilemma is slightly sorted. I only wanted a new cheapest pair to travel in ( not expensive because I want to lose a (quite) few pounds before the summer. I bought a quite nice pair of dark skinny but not ultra shinny jeans in H&jH this morning at the bargain price of £7.99. Not really stylish but will do the job & hoping that my next pair will be ultra stylish and a smaller size.

Sorry for rambling but gin has kicked in & I'm enjoying a quiet Friday night & loving it.
