All this talk about excercise dvds is making me feel lazy! I managed to get the Christmas kilo back off but have been struggling in the last few weeks to limit my chocolate wine intake.

And DH just coming back from London with a lovely Myla lingerie set (he went all the way to Selfridges to buy it for me, I had no idea) is not helping so I will have to do something about that.

Off to have a look at the new Me+Em catalogue dry!

help! I want to find a new pair of jeans with a bit of stretch but not overly expensive as hope to lose a few kg. I'm roughly a 12. All my jeans seem to fit ok but after wearing for a while work thire way downwards & get a bit saggy around the crotch.

I know I could do with losing a bit of weight but the next size up is too loose. My favourite jeans were the M&S scult & lift & now after a few washes seem to slide down my body with every step.

i'm looking for a pair to travel in. BTW I'm only 5'1" so find it difficult to get my length in a lot of brands.

I think part of my jean trouble is my shape. I've lost my waist. I've become straight up and down and have lost the hips to keep jeans up. I've got a pair of m&s Higgins,will dig them out & try tomorrow. X

Hi everyone. Been awol as run ragged looking after dc on my own for the last couple of weeks. Dh on a long work trip and back at the end of next week. After half term
I think cran said something about the quality not being great.
Love all the sweatshirts. I have not bought anything yet in Feb trying not to spend as went a bit crazy in the Russell and Bromley sale in jan and bought 2 pairs of shoes and some biker boots which have not been off my feet for the last 2 weeks!

I've missed too much to catch up on so just read the last page. Dry the white fitted shirts are so you indeed! Love them but a bit at price. Also intrigued to know about Cranagh's issue.

Have been crazy busy with coursework and other stuff. No time for exercise so feeling sluggish and heavy, need to sort it out. We have a big event tonight so ootd is smart, winter white dress with opaques, red patent flats (black patent choo heels in bag for later) and long Chanel necklace dh bought me for my birthday. Feel a bit labelly but appropriate.

Hello! I found the quality deteriorated with Me & Em and they stopped doing the dresses I really liked. I'm not a fan of viscose. Do have a few pairs of skinny black trousers from there I bought last spring that are going well though.

I like Gap True Resolution and there is always a discount, Dreamqueen.

Have been wearing my 50/50 boots a lot, they were worth waiting for.

Haven't been doing much shopping as I am about to have a Lululemon order sent to my cousin in Canada (much cheaper there). Oh, I did buy a pair of sandals, I had the ankle tie style last summer. Not going to be needing them for a while.

Lent - I gave up wine. It's going to be a long time until March 24th.

shop have you looked at figleaves for bikinis? They do a huge selection and it's easy to order and try on at home.

Am giving up snacking for lent, keep eating on the hop instead of proper meals. My aunt said changing your diet for lent is self-centred and it should be about good works but think there is room for both! humongous tax bill should help with the latter

Just had an hour to myself strolling around town in the sun, love this cold crisp sunny weather. Proper weather as I think it was Marsha said.

Bought cashmere bobble hat for skiing and had a very enjoyable mooch around liberty. Thinking ahead to SS have lined up some ideas, will link separately in case I lose this.

Today I tried on in M&S, 10 is tight and i can puu 12 down without opening. On Saturday I'll have a try on in Gap.

I haven't had a chance to wear my Me&Em dress yet. The fabric is quite thin but If I wear my Spanx it should skim over my lumps & bumps. Glad that I didn't pay full price for it though, I don't think the quality is worth the full price.

Quick in/out as busy packing as heading off early Saturday and at work tomorrow.
I bought two tops and a dress in the summer Me &Em sale and have been really impressed with the tops as they've worn and washed well. Only worn the dress once but have a couple of occasions to wear it again soon. Wouldn't pay full price as too expensive for me but good bargains in the sale.
Right need to get finished and go to bed!
