I had been toying. I thought it would make me titty.
I espied a jigsaw one and tried on ready to HATE but its actually quite nice and good for whizzing to my overheated office..

i liked the dropped shoulder thing too

I bought it from John lewis but returned.
I liked it , definitely best on market in my opinion.
I think it was the colour I ordered, I wanted grey but out if stock so got pale blue.
May Have another try in different colour
Thing is i have a navy one and a cream one already and rarely wear. ...

I have loads of ponchos, I love them. I look forward to it getting to this time of year then I can get them out! I've got a blankety-wrap thing this year (super cheapie one from sainsburys) and have had compliments on it every time I've worn it!

GeorginaWorsley · 11/10/2015 19:00

You lot have as usual persuaded me
I'll order another jigsaw one to try I think. ..

Brenda - does it have "arms"? It is hard to tell from the pictures and I am tempted to buy one online I am also a hefty size 14 with monster norks but am trying to forget this fact

GeorginaWorsley · 11/10/2015 22:37

Dithered between camel or grey.
Went For Camel in the end.
Grin
Will report back.

BrendaandEddie · 11/10/2015 23:34

I have 2 of the Jigsaw ponchos - grey and navy.

Bloody love 'em - but everyone keeps asking me where they're from - I sense they will be everywhere.

And I am paranoid dh will get his hands on them and wash and tumble dry them into ruination - he has form.

maxxytoe · 13/10/2015 08:16

I'm shocked you spent 80£ on that

BrendaandEddie · 13/10/2015 20:27

Shocked ? A stranger spent money?

I might have to investigate this poncho tomorrow while I am kicking my heels waiting for the tyres to be changed on my car. Mind you the JL is cashmere . . . hmmm
maxxy - I could raise your blood pressure a bit more and tell you I bought this!

I've got two of the jigsaw ponchos, I bloody love them. Primarni fitted long sleeved top underneath (they are the BEST and dirt cheap) skinnies and boots. Main problem is bags to go with. Can't do any sort of shoulder as hitches poncho up and reveals muffin top underneath, or cross body, only bags you hold work.

gonegrey56 · 14/10/2015 07:07

I love them (misguided much?), have just bought one in JL in a beautiful soft pale grey/lilac shade.

BrendaandEddie · 14/10/2015 07:23

ok - checked spam. JL due today. I will do a PONCH OFF - LIVE ON HERE

OP posts:
BrendaandEddie · 14/10/2015 07:23

WAH at bags issue - will have to do the clenched fist crook of arm pose
Crossed body makes my tits look like two RPGS

A live ponch off!! Life doesn't get much better than that!

YakTriangle · 14/10/2015 07:46

I saw someone in a multicoloured one covered in hectic patterns the other day, she only needed a sombrero and panpipes to complete the look.

BrendaandEddie · 14/10/2015 09:11

PLAIN. All the way for me

Naicecuppatea · 14/10/2015 09:25

I came across this one on my travels, it looks so comfy, bit longer than the Jigsaw one Seasalt poncho
