BTM and BD, I have messaged you on Facebook...

hattymattie · 20/08/2015 08:23

Made it back as well. Apparently it was a deliberate lock out yesterday. Tossing it down here today - haven't seen rain like this for a while (well - since Devon!).

Going to investigate list 3 - otherwise ironing!

It is like Mr Ben isn't it?

Wibbling with you Rudy - ds seemed surprised when I said so ring or text me with the results won't you? And didn't think GBBO would be a good stress-buster so I missed it!

Rosebag · 20/08/2015 09:20

Yes, I thought there were a few other Crepeys waiting for results too....good luck rudy and lalsy xx

Lalsy · 20/08/2015 09:23

bigTillyMint · 20/08/2015 09:34

Just had the call - phew, she's done well and is crying with reliefSmile
Am so proud of her.
And a proud mummy boast, she got 100% in HistoryShockWine

herbaceous · 20/08/2015 09:35

Ooh good luck to all crepey Kiddies awaiting results. And, of course, their beta-blocker-necking parents.

I've had no difficulties logging in since Tuesday. So maybe that means I'm not on this fabled list. I've deleted all my pMs, also.

Glad you had a good time in my manor, rudy. What did you do/eat/buy?

herbaceous · 20/08/2015 09:38

Cross post. Well done miniBTM! What great results.

In S&B pondering so I think I'm going to take my crocs with me on holiday. I can't think of better indestructible footwear for rock pools, fossiking and general mucking about on stony beaches. Sorry everybody.

hattymattie · 20/08/2015 09:53

BTM - fantastic news - what a brainbox 100% in History.

Good luck to Lalsy and any others waiting - I think I've confused the A's and GCSE's.

Lalsy · 20/08/2015 10:10

Fantastic news BTM, very happy for you.

Good news here too - though extracting details from ds took a bit of time Grin. He really worked, so am very pleased for him.

Hoping the Kid and Rudy's dc

Ooooh Herbs, this is a subject close to my heart. I wear those neoprene beach shoes (with thickish soles) - in the sea too - and also this year wore Slazenger Wave sandals, boys, a snip at 9.99 from Sports Direct. Surprisingly comfy even for over-pronating crepey feet, if not elegant. I wear them for whole days on my feet, which is astonishing. Have also used crocs but find them a bit less stable on uneven surfaces.

Rosebag · 20/08/2015 10:12

Great news lalsy !!

bigTillyMint · 20/08/2015 10:19

Well done Lalsy DS Smile

hattymattie · 20/08/2015 11:09

Well done to Lalsy DS as wellSmile.

Herbs - I love my Crocs - I wear them round the house instead of slippers and have been known to set off to town in them by mistake. They are brilliant for the beach.

MontserratCaballe · 20/08/2015 11:17

Well done to young Ms BTM and master Lalsy. Keeping everything crossed for GGG's DS too.

Jolly rainy in Cornwall now but have found that the spa next door does eyelash extensions top ups. Mine are 3 weeks old now and still in, but a few have dropped out and it's so much cheaper to have it done here. Will report back.

Have changed my password so many times I am conpletely Confused

herbaceous · 20/08/2015 11:17

DP hates them. But then he just wears his regular trainers on the beach, gets them wet and ruins them. So I think I win.

MollyAir · 20/08/2015 11:27

Huge congrats to BTM's dd and lalsy's ds - 100% in History, eh??? Fantastic.

I've just spent the whole morning deleting all my old PMs, harvesting necessary info as I go, ffs. Angry But thanks for the heads up, GGG. Hope your ds's results are welcome, too. Glad we're still on for Friday - BTM, you have something to celebrate!

Cremo · 20/08/2015 11:42

Ooh Lalsy well done ds!

I am too Crepey to go barefoot, and jellyfish are a bit rife on the Atlantic Coast. I have a pair of jelly sandals, the origin of which is unknown, but date from when dps rented out he house in France. I am small of hoof , so prob those of a childGrin bit sweaty to wear all day though.
