Imgoing to get some after work. It can't work. But I'm willing to try. (After the disappointment of the clarins thing )

I've been following this thread since it started and think I might give it a go. I'm a natural redhead with blue/ white skin. I avoid proper fake tan because on me it looks too dark and fake. I have got on ok with the gradual self tanners in the past but it's just too much of a faf waiting to dry and feeling a bit sticky afterwards. The glow colour sounds perfect for me rather than a proper brown shade. I'm doing 4 nightshifts from tonight so not sure if I will have the time over the next few days but from Thursday onwards I think I will give it a go - got a wedding to go to a week on Monday so the timing should work out nice.

Is it still in boots 2 for 3? Also whats the price? I'm sure I read £20 a bottle is that right.

Well, I've used it three times now, doing it every two or three days and it's doing a great job of maintaining my natural holiday tan.
I am a red head blue skin type so only tan to a very pale gold naturally and so I think this stuff is fab. It looks totally natural and good timing as the crap weather we're having means I'd not be topping up my tan just being out and about! Loving it so far.
I can understand whilst those after a darker tan might be disappointed but it is only a gradual tanner, not a normal fake tan. I think it's great for the pale among us.

snowplop · 01/06/2015 18:30

I've used it 4 times now and I love it. It is definitely a warm glow and not a deep tan but that's fine with me.

i think it works, but an English summer tan

i have no idea how it gets in my mouth EVERY TIME

Howaboutthisone · 01/06/2015 20:52

I am so looking forward to trying it! I have showered these past few days but somehow the extra 3 minutes needed have eluded me so far!

Howaboutthisone · 02/06/2015 15:09

Right- I'm going to try it tonight!!! I'm right in thinking it's ok for face too yes?

BumbleNova · 02/06/2015 16:42

I'm really impressed with it. Its subtle but after two applications I am noticeably tanned. its a bit chilly waiting for three minutes. I'd definitely use it on holiday.

AmethystMoon · 02/06/2015 16:54

Used it on face with no problem....just don't get it in your eyes. It stings!Shock

Howaboutthisone · 02/06/2015 17:14

Thanks!Smile

DosDuchas · 02/06/2015 17:18

i am not buying again

StrawberrytallCake · 02/06/2015 17:58

It's weird how you can taste it every time isn't it?

I love it and am using it every other day now.

Pollywallywinkles · 02/06/2015 18:09

I've actually got quite a nice natural colour now after 5 applications. The ease of application may make it something I repurchase.

CMP69 · 02/06/2015 18:39

Mine arrived today. Excited Grin

DosDuchas · 02/06/2015 22:50

Right. At the gym I caught sights of myself in the mirror. It's actually ok

Compete volte face

peanut25 · 03/06/2015 17:03

This is amazing I wanted to maintain my natural holiday tan, so I would stay tanned for my August holiday, it's the only tan I've tried that doesn't leave any orange marks on dry areas of skin or leave your palms tanned! Rubbing it onto wet skin makes applying it evenly so easy to do! It doesn't feel like a tanning product, doesn't leave orange marks on bedding or towels it really is as easy as it says, I struggle with my back but having a base tan it just blends in :)

snapandbang · 03/06/2015 18:04

It's great, you can slap it on with no real care (unlike normal fake tan), and you just wash it off in 3mins, what's not to like?!Ive got very pale skin, and it looks natural, not too dark, no streaks.I didn't even exfoliate first.Bonus.Well played St Tropez.

Vivacia · 03/06/2015 18:26

Day 6 here and daily use. No streaks, no smell, no transfer... but no real colour.

NoelHeadbands · 03/06/2015 19:11

On the basis of this thread and the fact that in the past I have spaffed menny menny pounds on fake tan products that have done Fuck All (yes Vite Liberata 2 week jobbie I'm looking at you), I've decided not to purchase this. Thank you for doing the research

I have just applied my first lot. Fingers crossedSmile

AmethystMoon · 03/06/2015 20:27

A week in and I love it. Gonna be expensive to keep up if I do it too often, I think three times a week. Thankfully I got it on three for two, especially as I'm on the no spend S&B June threadBlush

Woah this thread is being used as advertising!

Flyinggeese21 · 03/06/2015 21:31

Oops feel a bit naive. I'm quite new to MN and just seen this is quite normal on the threads discussing products (Hush, M & S etc).

Do MN ask posters' permissions first?
