Instructions state wash palms which creates some logistical issues. Do I take a baby wipe into the shower for palms and nail bed?

Rub it all over you, then wash your hands completely , squirt onto backs of hands and just rub those against each other ?

I haven't used this one but I us ally wash my hands then reapply to back of hands using cottOn wool.
