Dear lord her face looks terrible on This Morning.
Is it the botox or the fillers that makes a face look so weird?

She doesn't look that bad!

squoosh · 29/09/2014 13:38

Igotafreegoattoo why ask a question if you refuse to believe the answers? to be honest I'd be extremely wary of discussing a friend's weight, whether they were underweight or overweight, unless they raised the subject themselves.

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 29/09/2014 13:38

Noddy-who? Kate, Amanda or VB?Grin

IPityThePontipines · 29/09/2014 13:40

"A woman and a mother". What?! No, no, no. We have a right to discuss the beauty standards that we are being subjected to.

As for AH, it is horrendous. It is self-mutilation and the most base obvious double standards, when men, by and large, don't need to subject themselves to such butchery.

What a statement it makes, that a still, expressionless face is somehow more beautiful. Sad

Browtox · 29/09/2014 13:45

You have never had it, have you? For all that mutilation crap its AMAZING! makes you look so much better. No need for creams that don't work once you have tried it. And blokes do have it.

I like to do up my house to keep it looking nice, same for my face.

Like a blow up sex doll, Pontipines

Browtox · 29/09/2014 13:46

I am sitting in my kitchen raising my eyebrows and smiling at you.

gurns madly
i just don't look old or tired. FABULOUS darling!

DayLillie · 29/09/2014 13:50

So many 'slebs' seem to go for things like fillers and botox etc and get it wrong. Presumably they are paying the 'right' people a lot of money to do it and it still comes out wrong. The lip fillers always seem to be the worst. And they always look fine before they do it.

What hope is there for me out there on the high street?

(PS not really going to get anything done)

Browtox · 29/09/2014 13:51

get it done , it is SO SO good. You dont have that ' omg i look like my mother' moment in the mirror. Make up isnt all crepey. just fab

squoosh · 29/09/2014 13:52

Yes lip fillers tend to look bad, especially when people inject fillers into the top lip, it distorts the natural line and looks bizarre.

VB has stayed away from lip fillers and looks the better for it.

ArsenicFaceCream · 29/09/2014 13:57

We'll put you doen as 'undecided', shall we Brow? Hmm

Do you want to just post your clinic 'recommendation' now and get it over with?

Browtox · 29/09/2014 14:04

oh I bloody won't share! She is all mine. Grin

Browtox · 29/09/2014 14:04

noddyholder · 29/09/2014 14:15

I agree with you browtox

RonaldMcDonald · 29/09/2014 14:18

ooo I have botox
it is brilliant. My entire face looks better for it, rested and without frown lines
I can use my eyebrows etc

not all botox is bad botox

Browtox · 29/09/2014 14:20

Imagine, detractors, you could wake up looking NOT tired, NOT old and NOT crepey but still you?

waves wand

noddyholder · 29/09/2014 14:21

I have half the full does every year and its great Haven't had this year yet and tbh I think you nee it less as time goes on which is great. I think its fine to consider it vain and mutilation etc its personal choice but really no ones business but the user and I am more than happy to admit that there is a widespread pressure to look good that I am buying into but sod it life is short and I am going to enjoy it

RonaldMcDonald · 29/09/2014 14:22

I've also had some filler from time to time
only close friends know...and all you lot

i have been around many convos where people have discussed other 'bad' botox but those involved don't know that I've been done
a little here and there is enough to soften everything

best cosmetic device out there

Browtox · 29/09/2014 14:23

where did you have filler?

GimmeMySquash · 29/09/2014 14:24

I think who ever is doing MC is making improvements.

If its well done and you look well otherwise its fantastic. My mum and sister didn't believe I had had it as I can still move everything and no shiny forehead or anything Plus I dress quite casually most of the time so I suppose don't look the sort of person who would have it so no one has ever commented! But I notice that i don't have to wear make up that much and when i do its a bonus

Greengardenpixie · 29/09/2014 14:26

Browtox ..but the point is..its not you ..at least not anymore! Its a thing called accepting who you are. That is clearly controversial but its my opinion. I agree that its personal choice but people should just accept growing old. If they embraced it, less people would panic about getting older. I think its sad.

RonaldMcDonald · 29/09/2014 14:30

filler in midface
tiny bit in top lip

Browtox · 29/09/2014 14:31

i accept the Younger Flawless me ONLY Grin

Shit - who wants to look old? "accept your age" bollocks is fine when you are 20. When you hit 40, NO WAY
