Yup strip him off and cool him down shop.
Annie think we've all been there, stick around here and you'll get sorted. I've not had my colours done but I'm fairly confident with colour...that said I'll probably be in black tomorrow after my fusia debut at the last MU
Watched Aspreys this afternoon. Those bags were disgusting, absolutely not the sort of thing I'd ever wear and I don't care who designed them. The bling was stupendous though.

Off out tonight. Pissing down here which means Wellies and raincoat as we are walking back not a taxi to be had tonight. Less than an hour to get sorted you know how I like to take my time not a clue what to wear. Must remember to pace myself as 6.30am start tomorrow Shock

Oh poor little shop. Good advice already given; think they just need to sleep it off so the calpol should help. Have you a fan you could put on in the room?

Lovely evening here again but keeping off the wine as had rather a lot last night. Am pacing myself for tomorrow as it sounds like you lot can get through a fair few bottles

A friend did my colours about 10yrs ago and it turns out I was wearing what I should anyway except she recommended silver jewellery rather than gold. I like the idea of a style day although again, I think I probably know what suits me after years of trial and error. I am thinking of booking a personal shopper session at some point.

Novice, how frustrating. I hope you are now airborne.

Have a good evening Dry

Room service time! Rock and Roll! Grin

Poor DS shop! I agree with what has been said: alternating paracetamol and ibuprofen and keeping him cool.

Will try and catch up with everyone's posts when I'm back home as I'm on my phone so reading on a small screen is tricky.

Wow.....when you're not sure what to wear, take a photo and compare, somehow you see the outfit objectively. Just worked a treat.
Tonight:
FCUK cream guipure lace shell top wear this all the time, love it
Black slim trousers
Tomato red heeled strappy sandals......
Wellies, raincoat, certainly not the Disco

Have fun Dry. I might try your photo tip in the morning! :)

DP is ringing round his mates tonight, not sure why, but just keep hearing (after about 5 min of conversation) "Oh, got some news... Er, got engaged, man"... Men Hmm

shop hope your DS feels better, at least the weather is getting cooler after tonight. Btw I suspect I might be a dramatic classic (or vice versa Confused) too so we can compare thoughts!

annie I've had my colours done and at first I felt quite daunted but have found a way to make it work for me. It can either be good or a bit overwhelming I think. What's helped me to find my own style is to write down things that I really like wearing/I think suit me (pencil skirts, 3/4 sleeves, etc, quite specific). I also plan and subsequently rate all of my weekday outfits but that is a bit insane, I know!

Hope DS feels better soon shop

Lovely sandals dry

I went for a glass of wine with some work colleagues about 3.30pm. Had a hard time dragging myself away but a hangover would not be the best start to tomorrow!

Ugh novice open the window!

liberty parents knew first, I was very particular about the order people found out :) Future DBIL posted on facebook on Sun night and that annoyed me as I wanted to save that for when I have the ring. Luckily he took it down within 30 mins. He'd better not do it when we have a baby!

eeeew Novice - grim. At least tomorrow's air will be sweet! Am trying to figure out if I'll have enough time to duck into Selfridges to buy some Tom Ford perfume.........
Blair when we told my parents we were engaged my DM made DH get down on one knee in front of her so she could share the moment again Hmm
I may look rather dull tomorrow. Don't dare wear heels as have miles to walk so will probably be Madewell flats - I'll plan the rest tomorrow. I'm hoping the AH satchel will distract you all!

Glad you're back novice and hope you get home soon.

Hope DS is feeling better soon shop. Little ones are so pitiful when they are ill, and it is such a relief when they bounce back.

Congrats mara, how well must you have impressed them to get an offer on the spot!

Exciting times One, good timing for the 'conversation'. I can understand you feeling nervous but you will be so busy with your course that the time will fly.

Blair it must be starting to feel real now. It sounds like DP just can't wait to tell people.

Hi to everyone else. Looking forward to mu tomorrow and sorry not to be meeting those who can't make it.
