Yup me too shop

AmberNectarine · 28/06/2014 14:01

I tried my wedding dress on the other day when I was clearing out my wardrobe and it fell right off me. I am a stone below my usual weight. I meant to say QueenC, I too feel your deep joy about being below 9st. Is first time in 6y!

Off to meet the lovely Marsha and some other lovely ladies now. Am wearing Boden orange slingback flats (bad call) distressed skinnies, red/orange All Saints muscle tank, black biker, orange leopard Becksondergaard scarf and carrying silver baby Rocco. Oh and wearing my awesome lobster ring, of course! Feels good.

BrandyAlexander · 28/06/2014 14:58

Outfit sounds great Amber, have fun! And Envy on the wedding dress!

Drywhiteplease · 28/06/2014 16:29

Lovely outfit Amber hope you have a great time.
Yup, I can get in mine 17yrs ago but it's bloody hard work keeping under 9 stone lost a stone 2yrs ago , wine is my downfall Sad ,at the moment I'm struggling to get motivated to gym it.

Stokey · 28/06/2014 16:54

Gosh I wore an Indian style wedding dress with midriff on show. Don't think that will be getting an airing again!

Loved the Pippa bag Blair great value.
And am wondering if I should buy that Playmobil cattle and keep it for Christmas Mara

Thanks for the denim shorts link Shop
I remembered that I had a couple of pairs of jeans waiting to be thrown out so have chopped up an old pair of Gap ones and saved myself £30.
Still slightly stressing about Ibiza wardrobe but running out of time to do anything. off on Thursday, back on Monday, then my 40 th party the following weekend... Very hectic.

BrandyAlexander · 28/06/2014 17:42

You're going to have so much fun Stokey!!

Just spent the most stressful 2 hours on the phone with 2 banks. Never ever switch bank accounts and ever believe the switch service will be easyAngry

shopafrolic · 28/06/2014 19:54

Stokey most people will be so off their faces they won't even notice what you're wearing Grin. Honestly, it is the most chilled ace on earth, just go with it and enjoy.
Novice I switched accounts after we were burgled - never again - I feel your pain but would have thought the companies you bank with should have done a fabulous job surely?!

MarshaBrady · 28/06/2014 21:42

The longest lunch, P Lim jumper, skinnies.

Any injuries Marsha?
I'm watching Goldfrapp playing at Glastonbury. Alison looks amazing.

MarshaBrady · 28/06/2014 21:49

Fortunately not, wedges not heels I suspect is the answer. West end is heaving.

I take it you made it home less eventfully than last time Marsha HmmSmile

I'm intrigued by your dream Dry Grin - wouldn't dare analyse it especially the polo neck and wellies Confused I was lol at your TS/Valentino confusion! It's not quite as beautiful but have you seen the lovely Nicole Miller stuff in Question Air sale? Very you (and Novice) I thought.

Secret and Soyyo thanks for the supportive words about the other thread, I appreciate it. Flowers

shopafrolic · 28/06/2014 22:17

Nice one Marsha. Top shoe tip for next week! :)

LinusDKD · 28/06/2014 22:22

Just realised I need to think about what to pack for my trip to London and what to wear to the MU! Argh! Stress!

What's the weather forecast?

libertychick · 28/06/2014 22:48

Linus I have been debating MU outfit today as well. Won't really know the weather until mid week though.

Sounds like a good day Marsha

libertychick · 28/06/2014 22:52

Just checked BBC weather. Currently forecasting 22 degrees and a mix of sunshine and showers.

OneLittleLady · 28/06/2014 22:56

Sleep I can't find your link to the other thread otherwise I would have offered support on it. Please don't think I'm ignoring it Thanks

Sleepwhenidie · 28/06/2014 23:08

Ah thanks One, don't worry about it Smile. You feeling better?

OneLittleLady · 28/06/2014 23:57

I'm ok thanks Sleep just worn out with hayfever. thankfully i've now got something for it from the doctor so it should start easing off in the next few days

Drywhiteplease · 29/06/2014 00:36

sleep stop it !!! Love that skirt, drat.Grin

Drywhiteplease · 29/06/2014 00:38

Btw...wine tasting tonight. All Italian. Apart from prosecco I was rubbish at guessing but have learnt and tasted a lot about v nice Italian vino....ciao.x

Sleepwhenidie · 29/06/2014 08:15

They are lovely aren't they Dry - possibly more irritating than the Valentino, even in the sale, just a bit too £wince rather than £completefantasy Grin. Dresses are better value, if you have somewhere to wear one.

MarshaBrady · 29/06/2014 09:19

Morning lovely people.

Shop yes they are perfect mu shoes really. The only problem is they only go with skinnies, so no new skirts etc if I wear them.

We're next weekend can't believe it! Will be fun.

Linus it's tricky weather atm, I took the umbrella back and got sunnies then ended up in a river of water and Tesco cheapy.

Sleep I got the bus home! Straight to my door so it was pretty easy.

Dry sounds like a fun night.

shopafrolic · 29/06/2014 09:30

Really looking forward to it Marsha - need some me time badly. And our MUs always give me an excuse to get haircut / pedicure / eyebrows waxed etc - I look scruffy ATM.
Dry how's the head lovely?
Linus when do you get to London? Are you staying one night or two?
