I do alternate between ibuprofen and paracetamol and when they kick in DS is fine and plays and eats normally but once they start wearing off he starts flagging.

So ladies...just finished my TC's had been looking for a work appropriate new handbag for ages and again TY Blair first time I see handbags I actually like at a reasonable price.

I love all of the Pippa ones in the sale (some more than others) and Blairs orange one is sooo cute but for work I thought this one might be good?

I was thinking if I could fit my laptop (I measured and it just fits) it could save me the hassle of carrying a separate laptop bag when I am travelling..but maybe that is asking too much of a fashion handbag???

I am off on my travels again on Monday, and then again in mid July (it's 50% of my work time) but not sure whether to go for the fun & not laptop appropiate or serious (work black and white) option. Decisions, decisions...

Personally, I try and stay away from those type of "bare my soul" discussions, I only did it once asking for opinions on a relatively minor personal dilemma and honestly some people were sooo mean I decided never again. I'm lucky to have real friends I can discuss my issues F2F with.

On fashion...about to return some Boden purchases. Mainly picked up shirts for DH and swimming trunks for DS (keeping as they like) and got tempted by the famous bistro crop trousers
Well let me tell you they looked awful, clown trousers!
But they had so many good reviews I thought I would give them a go.
Don't!

I bought a pair of v.cheapy shoes today but they are so pretty.

I got them from Choice, an outlet store. Tenner.

They are leopard print with red piping at the peep toe and a red heel and sole.

I am a sucker for a nice detail.
The heel is a great height too. I am fed up of there only being flats or pole dancer shoes in the shops.

They are no hideous, I promise.

It was a bit more like a jokey bickering match really Dry sorry to waste your popcorn But I did buy a lottery ticket

devere I am a recent convert to leopard print but I love my leopard flats. We might need to see a picture of your shoes, they sound lovely.

shop DS is ok as long as he has medication but once that's worn off the fever returns. He was very happy to see DH though and so was DD.

Stupidly tired, DD was up at 5.30am this morning (in fairness she rarely does this) and I had been working until 1am. And I have hayfever...
